Review 1：The staff is very cold and not really sensitive to the request of guests. There is nothing of the traditional atmosphere of Stubaital. It took always long time to get the kids menu at dinner: half of the staff was really unkind with us and the other half was in panic due to the high-season number of guests.

Review 2：Rooms were recently renewed and are very spaciuous. Hotel is clean and next to Fulpmes center as well as bus station.

Review 3：Very pleasant and new-renovated hotel with a nice swimming pool, sauna equipment & fitness. Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, great atmosphere during christmas time. Amazing view wards to glacier area from the balcony.

Review 8：This is a wonderful hotel! Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The pool, sauna and restaurant were also nice to have after a long day.

Review 9：Fantastic staff. Good quality food. Location on the edge of town, quiet, yet only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Fulpmes. Ski bus stops outside. Great wellness centre.

Review 10：No WiFi in the room. Bathroom needs a bit of renovation works. Although the room is newly refurbished the red textile sofa gives another impression (I would recommend changing it with smthg newer as it spoils the overall). Food was good but that is it- they were trying to serve quickly a quite large number of guests so I guess that explains why it was not all hand made (the rice was Uncle Ben's instant, the noodles were in fact taglatele pasta).

Review 14：There was no air con or fan and the room was very hot at night. Austriawas in the middle of a heat wave 30 - 35 degrees C. Sheets did not seemlike cotton, probably cosy at other times of year.No internet/Wi-Fi in room, only in public areas. We could only have the shower on a low pressure otherwise it leaked through onto the floor. No tea making facilities A fair amount of traffic noise which did quieten down late at night, but started up again early in the morning. Fulpmes seems to be quite a busy village.
