Review 1：We booked a 2 bed apartment for myself, my husband and 2 young girls(under 7). We were touring a little bit of Europe and after travellingfrom Switzerland this was out next stop! Well!!! What can I say. Wearrived 7pm hoping to check in, relax and get come dinner and wellneeded rest, we arrived and stood on the door step waiting for the ownerto arrive and let us in, it smelt very badly of tobacco and mould, wewere greeted by the owner and let in where the smell got massivelyworse. We were given out key to our 'apartment' we let ourselvesin to discover a small room with just 3 beds (for our family of 4) Wewent back down to tell the owner his mistake and he informed us thatthere had been a mistake and there wasn't a room available to fitour family although we had booked in. We were left with 2 young childrenpast 7pm with no place to stay! Very upsetting for us all!!!! Do notbook here!!!
