Hotel Nautico sells fast on our site. Located near Santa Cruz's yacht club, this hotel is a 10 minute walk from the center of the city. It offers air conditioned rooms with a private balcony, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.

Review 1：Breakfast in the hotel was not possible, although we assumed that was part of our reservation. So we had to improvise in the morning. An elevator would be a necessity for elderly or disabled guests but isn't present (we had no problems with that but all the rooms are at least one floor up).

Review 5：Not really. I had a propblem with the battery in my watch, so I mistook the time and came to the arport by bus at 4 o'clock in the morning. I made a blunder by believing that I should make the trip to Tenerife on the same date, but I had to get a hotel in Madrid both ways and a one way ticket by an other Airline due to one more mistake, so the whole trip cost me 400 euros extra. All due to my own mistakes.

Review 6：I prefer foam mattresses, but apart of the little noises when turning from the coils, I was perfectly happy with the bed.

Review 7：- noisy (squeaking) bed - not working fridge (however I did not complain about it to the staff, they were nice and friendly, so there's a great chance they would change the room on my request) - not diversified breakfasts, every day the same

Review 9：If you need a good price, clean hotel with WIFi that's. Lose to the harbour and town centre, this will fit the bill. 5 min taxi ride to town centre, 10 mins to the ferry port. Good free WiFi.

Review 10：I thought the area was rather grim and depressing, although it was only 3 euros in a taxi to "downtown" Santa cruz...I wouldn't have wanted to spend my last evening in Tenerife in this area!!! My matress was all split...I did take a photo, but haven't uploaded it yet...so....I think they need to look at that!!!

The best wifi I have had anywhere in Spain. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the centre but it is a nice walk as you can walk along the Harbour. Very handy if getting the Ferry boat to Gran Canaria and other places.There is a bus 910 that runs along the front from the main bus station that takes you within a 5 to 10 minute walk to the hotel.Good value Hotel.

Review 29：Two tiny bottles of water in the fridge with no indication these are to pay for and then asked on check out if I had used them - I didn't ask the price as I didn't use them but would imagine these would be expensive

Review 75：Easy to get to, I flew into the south airport, got the city bus justoutside the terminal, direct to Santa cruz bus station, walked acrossthe road to the large department store and got a taxi to the hotel, for5 euros. The guy ar reception was friendly and mentioned the resataurantwas open, although I couldnt hear anything and it all looked deserted,however the cafe / bar next door is connected and I had an excellentdinner , menu of the day, for 12 euros with a beer, water, and a glassof wine, perfectly presented by the professional chef in heruniform!....breakfast was served in the same place....toastedsandwich..or croisant with a lovely milky coffee!....a good find inSanta Cruz.

Review 76：no elevator (must be said here, but!!! the hotel has only two floors so if you are not travelling with boat, you ll be okay). and THE breakfast. toast, coffee, juice.... not used to this kind of hotels breakfast anymore, but honestly - at the end i was perfecly okay. BED - very uncomfortable.

The man on reception was nice he tried to speak English and with our limited Spanish we got on fine. the hotel itself was v comfortable, good size room and b'room nicely decorated. If I was being critical I would mention two things 1 Only one tiny soap in b'room nothing else. 2 The continental b'fast which was in the bar next to the hotel left a lot to be desired, the barman just gave us two coffees and a slice each of some kind of bread/meat pie.He never asked us if that is what would suit us in fact he hardly spoke at all. Other than that we were v satisfied and would use this hotel again.

Review 86：It was difficult to find out what exactly one was entitled to have forbreakfast. Breakfast was 'served' (choose and take from a limitedselection of cake-like things on the counter) in an adjoining cafe. Thebar staff spoke no English and charged for an extra coffee. Youcertainly didn't leave with a full stomach!
