Review 1：Slow internet. No heating for the room. Lousy covers and sheets. Though we didn't have breakfast we checked what was offered and the price is really expensive for what is offered.

Review 4：You wouldn't want to stay long unless you enjoy warehouses, basic accomadations and racing cars below you on the street. No air conditioning so your windows must be open during warm weather. No-frills hotel with minimal bedding to include one small bed pillow.

Review 5：The bathroom sink is old and has changed from white colour to yellow by now. It definetely needs repairs. The corner of the TV furniture had a spider web, a sign that the cleaning stuff need to invest more time in vacuuming ;). Surprisingly sound insulation is not good, you can hear everything going on in the corridor. Last, we stayed during really warm days. We had an east facing room which, in combination with the absence of AC, caused us to wake up around 8.30 because of the heat.

Review 6：The stuff was absolutely top. We had a warm welcome, they gave us detailed information regarding Schetzingen, Heidelberg and the region. They tried to answer all our questions and help us with things we did not know.

Review 9：Hotel is less than 15 minutes by foot from the Schwetzingen Schloss, The rooms are large and well-equipped. Parking is easy. The Saturday-night price was very attractive.

Review 10：The location was in a nice, safe place with free, covered parking. The Schwetzingen Palace was within walking distance, and the Heidelberg Castle was only about a 10 minute drive. The breakfast was excellent, and kids ate for free! The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. We had the Family Room and were impressed with the size of the room.

Review 13：Room smelled like you were in a pub. As not really comforting. Bathroom wasn't clean. TV was crackling I had to switch off the iPhone. I hab a bite mark in my forearm, when I woke up.

Review 45：We found a dirty cloth in the bathroom. Staff took care, and changed it quickly. The underground parking is closed during weekends, and you have to ask somebody to open in order to go in or out.

Review 49：The hotel and restaurants which were good a separate businesses, as the hotel couldn't exchange much money from dollars to Euros I had to spend more euros then I wanted. I also have learned most banks in Gemany only will take 20 bills and I brought reserves in 100 bills. Also many places only want cards with chips, makes travel a challenge. Would rather spend the money then the time and hassle to find a place to exchange money.

Review 51：Staff was very unfriendly, they smoked right in front of the entrance and it seemed it bothered the a great deal when we actually had a question while all of them enjoyed their cigarettes. We also did not appreciate that all the smoke went right into the lobby as we had a little girl with a lung disease with us! Rooms need some renovations. Bathrooms looked dirty (they were ok clean, not great) because the sink and countertop materials looked nasty yellow-ish and stained.

Review 60：Everything was ok. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff wasvery warmful and answered kindly to all our requests. The equipment andbedding was appropriate to a family with 2 or 3 small children.

Review 61：The overall impression upon entry to the hotel left a lot to be desired firstly was the poor advice given by the staff at the hotel which we were asking for parking locations but gave the advice of anywhere which is less than ideal. Next the choice of television channels in the room was also poor with only 5 channels being able to use. Furthermore the TV was very poor in that sometimes it would work and somtimes not which was a dissapointment. Also lack of facilties including food and surrounding town also meant there was not much to do. Overall our experience wasn't something that good be savoured.
