Review 1：Large area of rust around the bath plughole Having to lift the heavy microwave off its brackets (not fixed) from halfway under the breakfast bar to the sink in order to plug it in in order for it to work. Then lift it all back when finished with. Inner bedrooms without outside facing windows. Steep flight of slippery terracotta steps when raining (frequent) Outside terrace only accessed by steep outside slippery steps not adjoining the flat. Shared hallway with window directly onto one bedroom.
