Review 1：Absence of some obvious things that should be presented in short-time rent apartment, such as: dishwashing liquid washcloths garbage bags detergent

Review 3：The booking included outdoor space, that is very important for us on holiday. On arrival we found there was not terrace or balcony.The air conditioning was not working for the first 2 days of our stay, and the weather was extremely hot.

Review 13：At first we have been offered an appartment at c/Esperança, 45. No enough fresh air and sunlight. Fortunately, staff was friendly enough and offered us another apartment, much better one.

Review 14：We stayed in c/Nou, 20. Excellent location, spacious apartment, good kitchen, big terrace. Beach is some 100 meters away, supermarkets about 200 meters away. No diskos or parties till the late night, so one may sleep.

Review 15：Apt lacked some basic utensils and comforts I.e shower curtain , towel rails/hooks in bathroom. The kitchen did not have a kettle /toaster of which u would expect from a holiday let and we had to make our own bed on arrival. Small things that would make a big difference.

Review 20：It was a very nice flat in the centre of Blanes, very close to the sea about 100 m. The flat was very clean, 2 rooms with balcons, very good kitchen with dishes, plates, stove and everything what is necessery. The bed was big and wanderful.

Review 21：A week after leaving, they took 120€ from our credit card and accused us of breaking things we did not even use. We suggest going to the apartment with a person from blanes.com and check everything with them so you don't get charged for nothing, Also the apartment had problems with conditioner, lighting and warm water.

Instead of the diposit on 120 E Arpartementos.com expect you to leave your visacard number to clear any dammage on the apartement after you have left- this ought to be solved before you leave the villa. Could have been nice with more than 2 keys when 6 persons.

Review 26：location,200 m from sea and close to bakery, nice wegetable/fruit market and local life in generel. Spacious, clean and nice villa, very useful balcony on the roof. Citysounds - we liked them. Enjoyed the stay in Blanes very much!!

Review 46：Day of arrival (Saturday night on the eve of 2 weekends22/06/13) to the Apartamentos Blanes I will never forget...Weordered trasfert from the airport through the Apartamentos Blanesadministration and the taxi driver gave us the keys to the apartments,but the keys don`t fit the lock, in the office there were no staff, noneof the known phone numbers did not answer. Only with the help of Booking(personal thanks to Arthur), we still got to the room and didn`t stay 3nights at the beach. As it turned out, the office staff gave wrongnumber of apartments on the envelope with the keys. Later administrationhas not seen fit to bring any regrets for two hours incredible stress. Iconsider impermissible that the office of Apartamentos Blanes does nothave a phone number for emergency contact in non-working hours.

Review 47：Location apartments - couldn`t be better, the old part of Blanes is verypicturesque and pleasant for leisure. The size and furnishings of theapartments is comfortable to stay 2 people.

Review 48：Charged extra (£38 eu) to collect the key on a sunday and not told untila day before.given a map by a non English speaking agent and told tofind the appartment using directions on the map.the apartment had nosign outside, so it took me 3 hours trying to find the correctapprtment.no hot water in the appartment after the first two days.
