Apartamentos Las Americas is a 10-minute walk from the beach in Blanes. It has a large terrace with a seasonal outdoor pool and sun loungers, and all apartments open onto a balcony.
The Americas Apartments are 1.2 miles from Blanes’ old town and marina. They are next to a shopping arcade, which has a bar and restaurant. Blanes Bowling Centre is 2,650 feet away.
All apartments at Las Americas have simple décor, and a sofa bed and TV in the living room. There is a private bathroom with a shower, and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave and fridge. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
Parking is available nearby for an extra cost, and there is easy access to the AP-7 Motorway. The train to Barcelona takes just over an hour, along a scenic coastal route.

Review 1：No air condition, far away from everything, didn't take card to pay the deposit (atm machines in the area don't exist). Check out time is 10am, 9:50 cleaning staff was banging on our door. I found it quite expensive compared with the overall facility. Apartments have not been upgraded at all since the 70's. Main bed was severely unconfortable, and guest bed (an old wooden unfoldable sofa killed my back for several days. I understand that a hotel/hostal that is not in the main-streets may not have big budgets but an air condition, new matresses and more flexibility from the staff-specially when you have small kids- would have done the experience a bit better.

Review 4：Excellent value for money. Less then 10 minutes from the beach (towards the rail station). Great apartment with anything you need. Very nice furniture. And to top it off, a roof top pool.
Review 5：The large bed was shaky, and sleeping on the simple couch was just that, nothing to be compared with a bed. Quite a bit cold at night. Most kitchen utensils were dirty and/or weary. No litter bags, no soap. Small TV set. Minimum of facilities, minimum staff presence out of the season. Fully charged almost one month before the arrival, bill on request. Reminded a flat rent arrangement rather than holiday apartment booking.
Review 6：We were there out of any season, so our comments might not be that typical. The apartment and the terrasse were large. There was always a place to park the car. Supermarket and corner shops were next door. Vegetable fields and riverside trails (Natura 2000) were just behind the buildings. You were part of the local community rather than tourist resort visitor. Reasonable walking distance to the beach and the city centre. Good value for money. Nice staff.
Review 7：we requested early check in -> no answer, we asked booking and they send an email too, no reply we requested at the reception to do a late check out .> not possible, we had to check out at 10am on a sunday during low season, I think we were only 3 groups of people that weekend... no flexibility.
Review 8：If you happen to stay in one of the 6 line rooms, you will not be able to sleep all nights due to noise from the inhabitant which have private apartment. During the day their children are playing (shouting) on the street in front of the hotel, in the night shouting their parents and from the 6am the noise is doing their budgie. Unfortunatelly it was not able to change our apartment, so we couldn't sleep for six nights.
Review 9：Close to the beach and center. Supermarket and local shops are also very close. Great swimming pool and staff was nice. Blanes is quite little city, but very beautiful.

Keys are collected directly at the apartments. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation.If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Apartamentos Las Americas in advance.Please note guests are required to a pay refundable cash deposit of EUR 70 in cash on arrival. This will be returned to the guest assuming no damages, and that the apartment is cleaned and all rubbish is emptied upon departure.Sheets and towels are changed weekly.
