Review 1：We did find some excellent restaurants, but that took a while. The receptionists directed us to basic restaurants serving crepés.

Review 2：The situation was ideal, the rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Review 3：Car Parking only for 6 vehicles. Must reserve if parking required; also very narrow.

Review 15：I book this hotel on behalf of my colleagues attending business trips, I find the communication between myself and the staff to be great and they are always very helpful. As I wish to pay for the room on a company card, I can always get through to a member of staff to take my payment prior to my staff attending the hotel. Every member of staff that has visited this hotel enjoy it here and never have any complaints, therefore we are more than happy to continue using it when we visit our Offices in Laval!

Review 16：The breakfast. As part of the service included within the reservation the breakfast options from "open buffet" where really poor. The service in the "food area" could be more often and only limited space for siting.

Review 17：I like the location and the comphort of the room. Fast free WiFi make my visit much more productive. Location is next to really great restaurant so dinners where really nice.

Review 19：If you go there by train on a weekend and want to take a late Sunday afternoon or early evening train back home you cannot leave your bags at the hotel for pickup later since the hotel closes from 12:00 pm until 5:30 pm.on Sundays. Had to carry bags all day Sunday. Will factor this in for next trip to Laval.

Review 21：Our room was on the street and was quite noisy on Saturday night with revellers.. The lift was very tiny. One person and a suitcase and it was full.

Review 22：The lock up garage and we found the staff helpful. Laval is an attractive chic town with plenty of good restaurants and ladies clothes shops. Breakfast was good.

Review 23：So central, receptionist helpful but struggled with English. Our French very poor unfortunately. Offered free coffee while our room was being checked and this really appreciated. Delightful town and after long walk around we appreciated location of hotel being so close to town and cafes for our evening stroll to dinner. Lovely shower and plenty spotless towels. Pleased to be able to walk to train station for our journey back to Paris.

Review 70：As American tourists we were not fluent in French. However, most of the front desk staff could not speak English. Not a problem except at checkout. The clerk presented an invoice with 24 euro extra charges over what was quoted plus 28 euros for a breakfast that we did not have the first day. Since we could not communicate at all, we paid the bill in full. Maybe the hotel just does not get English speaking tourists so we wrote off the extra charges and continued our travels through the French countryside.

Review 72：»Room cleaning: not always was the toilet paper replaced (which by day's end was short...) and the same with the *tiny* soaps, which are abrasive as hell (like sandpaper)! »Parking space (paid at €5/day!): they oversold the slots, which resulted in a couple of days us not having a place to park. Also they never told us the garage would be closed for the night and so our car had to be parked elsewhere, twice... »Overall management/staff: was a bit confusing this year (our second consecutive stay) as we paid the full amount on arrival but when we checked out no one seemed to know what/how much to bill on the invoice, and because of the parking issues and what not, only when we got to our country did we get the receipt by email. Last year it was my wife's blouses that "disappeared" during cleaning. We guess every year there's a 'story' with these guys. I dunno if I'll return for a 3rd stay.

We were down for 9.30 but my husband had the last egg, I had the last piece of Parma ham and I had to ask for hot water. The receptionist was doubling as waitress/washer-up. 2.We were only allowed one internet access. My husband logged in first, so then I couldn'T.3.Towels were small and thin. 4. I had to ask for milk in the room.

Review 77：Wifi didn't work at all. Bathroom was not clean unempties waste bin from previous guests, hair and nail clippings on bathroom floor. The bath taps were almost impossible to turn on and off. Shower door hinges on bath were broken and wouldn't close, consequently water ended up all over bathroom floor.. Tried charging for breakfast even though we didn't have any.

Review 90：No restaurant or bar. though there was a very good restaurant next door which we frequented twice in four days. choice of good restaurants limited in Laval, though many lovely cafes, creperies, bars etc but not top quality restaurants. Stairs to underground car park exceedingly dangerous and lift very small. Hotel only served breakfast but we still had to ask for top up of food.

Review 96：When we arrived there was a confusion over our booking but that was resolved very qickicky. We had however reserved two parking spaces for three nights duting our stay and there was no record of this. As we were on motorbikes we were able to use the garage anyway but were atill charged for the original booking at the end of out stay. I did quesry this was was given a 50% refund without question. We were alos charged automatically for breakfast and the cost taken off when I questioned it. All in all it served our purpose but just take care with the additional charges
