Review 1：Car park a good distanst from apartment, not a problem durring the stay, but arrival and departure due to cases and belongings more awkward. Dont mind paying for Wifi but would expect to be able access better, unavailable avoided poor connection etc.

Review 3：Bit of a walk from town centre (not a problem when sober!). No sink in toilet - had to go downstairs to bathroom each time.

Review 4：A great cheap getaway. 2 floors. Close to Beggerac & the airport, but not near enough for plane noise. Would be ideal for a big family/friend group to stay near each other but not in each other's pockets.

Review 9：We arrived at 3pm after travelling for 8 hours to find the reception closed until 5pm. The maintainence man ( who turns out to be the husband of the receptionist) told us that she wasn't on till 5pm and that this wasn't a hotel so we would have to wait two hours. We had paid 500 euro for two nights and when we eventually met the receptionist she then demanded a security deposit of 300 euro. Not a good experience

Review 13：Luggage trollies are very thoughtfully provided by the organisation. However, they have solid rubber wheels and make a tremendous noisy clatter on the pathways. This means that as people check out (often early in the morning) everyone is woken up. If only they had preumatic tyres!

Review 14：Hassle free checkin, helpful English-speaking staff, good pool and adequately-equipped apartment. Perfect for families who don't want to have to fit in to a 'hotel' routine... because it is an apartment complex, not a hotel. This means that you can come and go as you like, and eat what you like, when you like... Just like you would at home.

The location so close to Parc de Pombonne was one of the highlights of our trip, I am already looking at my next trip to Bergerac and will definitely stay at this accommodation again.

Review 18：I chose this place as it looked great with the pool and orginally we planned to stay 2 nights but the shortened our trip. But we didnt realise it was appartments and not a hotel..

Review 19：We weren't told before the stay that we had to clean the apartment fully ourselves. We had to hoover, mop, clean the toilet etc. if this wasn't up to standard we would be charged €300. We also had to pay some tax which we weren't told about either. The bed was very uncomfortable, we had back problems all week

Review 24：All staff were very friendly and professional at the same time. They really couldn't do enough for you, yet respected my need for peace and quiet on this trip. I loved the pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. The nearby park was a beautiful walk. Also the proximity to Bergerac meant I could walk in to the centre most days. Supermarkets nearby. Just perfect. I will definitely be back again.

Review 25：Super welcome from friendly, helpful English speaking staff. Great location with nearby woodland walk & beach lake. Walking distance of big supermarket for supplies & the beautiful city of Bergerac just a little further on. Accommodation is peaceful & clean with practical layout but chosen bigger apartment for next stay to provide separate extra bedroom for older children.

Review 30：This accommodation is about 2km out of Bergerac so certainly not central. We had a 2 bedroom apartment that was clean and functional but small in size. We only found out once we arrived that it was our responsibility to clean the apartment prior to departure or pay a hefty price to have it done. I would have liked knowing this prior to booking.

Review 31：We had a front of building apartment ,and as it was so hot it was difficult to sleep with the windows open. A/C would have been ideal. We would usually arrive in France earlier but we wanted to see the Tour. So understandably there was a lot of families and all that goes with young families on holidays.

Review 67：This is the worse accomodation we as a family have stayed in and recommend you look elsewhere. The accommodation that we were given was not as expected. The short opening hours of reception made it impossible to sort out issues. We didn't like that the kitchen had no base units and the crockery was stored in the TV cabinet. The smelly rock hard mattress, the shower not working, curtains didn't meet when closed, the sofa bed not meeting when used as a bed, insufficient bedding (single bedding for a double bed) and the directions to the hotel from the airport were out of date and didn't reflect the road system, The unwillingness of the hotel staff to acknowledge there were issues and their lack of ability to speak English, so when you arrive in the evening, the instructions to access the accommodation is in French. There are more to list, but as this experience has drained me, I'll leave it there!!

Small enough so cleaning at the end of the stay doesn't take long. Vacuum cleaner, mop etc supplied. Have found cleaning at end of holiday to be usual in French properties.
