Review 1：Very helpful reception staff. Showed us on map the best parking areas outside the city center. Cleaning staff cheerful and helpful as well. Best part was no upstairs neighbors (law offices so no one to make noise at night). Holiday weekend and no noise from the street. Perfect.
Review 2：No recepcionist. I payed cash on arrival, no invoice. The maid gave me one card written my account. I sent e-mail to Booking, nobody answered. The maid promised send by e-mail and Five days after, nothing. Neither BOOKING neither HOSTAL.

Review 4：You can hear the front desk bell in your room. At night there is no staff; you come in the main door with your own key. It does not seem very secure.
