Reviews for Hostal Casa Masip

Review 1:In a word, Escaray. We travelled on the most appalling road to reach the village. Check with the hotel as to the best route before embarking on your journey. We travelled in October. We were desperate for a good dinner & met with smokey bar, another bar with surly female bar waitress who said tapas would not be available until some late hour. Only other option was small grocery shop run by another unhelpful woman. My partner found some supermarket cheese & had that for dinner. I had an OJ for dinner. Suggest you take your own picnic to this destination.

Review 2:High quality 3 star property. Owners/staff we met were lovely. Great breakfast.

Review 3:The owners were fantastic. The food and breakfast was incredible. Loved this place. Would recommend it any day. Cosy and quaint with a prefect ambience.

Review 13:We booked for one night, our room was spacious and comfortable and thebathroom well appointed. They have a restaurant,(closed when we werethere) and a bar next door. The owner is very friendly, she suggestedwhere to have dinner and where we should go for a walk around the townand along the river bank. Ezcaray is a lovely, family orientated town. Many gather in the town squares for social times in the early evening.
