Review 1：Very nice place! Large rooms with balconies (and beautiful view), super-clean, thoughtful staff and really great restaurant. Surprised with little mini-zoo and playground for kids. Couldn't be better!
Review 2：Almost nothing to complain. Maybe the WiFi was falling down time to time but this is very common everywhere. I don´t know when the restaurant in hotel close, but after the dinner the waiter (which was owner of the hotel) should comes more often so we can spend more money for drinks:-) But they had newborn baby so we totally understand that they wanted to be with him:-)
Review 3：Very nice and clean hotel. We have half board - breakfast was nice and four course dinner absolutely delicious. Staff so polite and always nice and smiling. Rooms were very nice, spacious and clean.

Review 7：We really enjoyed joining Tirolean style christmas dinner party with the hotel owner family and all guests at chrismas eve. It was great!!!! It take only 20 min to drive to the Innsbruck city center.
