Review 1：Our room didnt have a view, we had to go sit in the stairs of the upper appartment to get the view. Shower door went down when I tried to open it.

Review 17：This trip was our second to Villas Montemar. Well located and a great base for walking into San Jose or driving to one of the further beaches. Accommodation perfectly adequate and we will continue to use it as our place of choice at San Jose.
Review 18：We only saw staff when we checked in so we weren't sure what to do when we checked out. The kitchen could be better stocked but it was fine.
Review 19：Good value for money. The hotel is only around 7 minutes walk to the beach with other good beaches along the coast. The balcony is big but they are all in shade by the mid afternoon. Although there is a car park at the hotel it only has 2 spaces but there is plenty of free parking on the street. Wifi was available but it was slightly temperamental.
Review 20：The pool is at the reception, the sea is not very close, but OK. Hungry cats jump into open windows and balcony doors. For some weather reasons (winds) the sea was cold...
