Review 1：TV selection was a bit rubbish if you're English and need to stay indoors.Only other compliant was more trolleys to help moving in and out.

Review 2：Great location for ski-in, ski-out. Nice pool and spa. Room was on two floors and felt like a home away from home rather than a hotel room. Staff friendly and ready to help.

Review 3：This is not a location for disabled people. Our apartment was located on the 5th floor, however the elevator was only able to go to the fourth floor then you have to walk through a hall, then take an other elevator to the 5th floor. Makes me worried in case of emergency how to evacuate my disabled mother. You can also not go to the facilities of the Spa area with the wheelchair, need to go out of the building and then through a different entrance. Due to the inconvenience we had to check out earlier then expected.

Review 6：The staff were excellent, especially the reception team. The bakery service was a plus and there is a shop within 100 m as is most of the activities for the children, which are free! Swimming pool and gym. Mostly quite, always good! Honestly I could go on and on. If you are going to this area you can't go far wrong if you book here. For a day out go to Annecy, it's wonderful.

Review 7：it took a little getting used to the 'French' tourism style - no vilage - everything is concrete blocks raised in the middle of nowhere, empty outside the winter and summer seasons.

We also spent one night without power or heating as there was a faulty socket in our apartment which tripped the main fuse (in a locked cupboard outside our apartment) with no staff on duty and no one answering the emergency number

Review 20：We felt the apartment was good value for money when we went out of season but the price triples during peak UK holiday times which makes it rather prohibitive. Sound proofing could be better as we could hear our neighbours above.

Review 26：The heating wasn't working at all during the first day of our stay(batteries were cold), my wife and a baby got sick, which spoiled completely our vacation. Also this appt hotel is not convenient for a family with small children, as it is very difficult to take the luge from ski-locker and go outside - there is a quite a steep slope.

Review 28：The spa area did not exist - we did not know that it had not yet beenbuilt!! Reception was open only for 2 hours morning and evening. None ofthe facilities were finished - no games in Reception for children etc.The boot warners had not yet been connected to the electricity so we hadcold boots all week. To access reception you could only use a particularlift - which often did not work. To get to our apartment you had to goup in one lift to floor 4 (which was labelled as floor 2 in the lift)then along a very long corridor and down another lift to floor 3(labelled floor 1 in the lift)!! There are no signposts to the hotelfrom the main road and only an a4 laminated sign by a barely litentrance to tell you where you have arrived! When it is finished it maybe quite good!
