Review 3：The location of this hotel is perfect - a quick walk to the main square of the town. The proprietors are amazingly friendly and will offer advice for food, sights, etc. We had an amazing time here.

Review 4：The owners are simply delightful, put their heart and soul into making it great. Was nice meeting them and having a chat. They have lived in Australia for a bit and speak very good English!

Review 7：For a room outside of a major city, it was quite small. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom. Neither of those were major issues for us and we still enjoyed our stay.

Review 11：Very nice hotel, very well decorated, modern and perfectly clean. The owners are running the place and they are passionate about it, great people to talk to and always available to give advices. Last but not least, the breakfast is awesome: excellent coffee, fresh fruits, freshly baked cakes, eggs cooked on request, etc. The hotel does not serve food at lunch or dinner but one evening we organised on pic-nic on the terrasse, it was great. We highly recommend this hotel, a breath of fresh air in a great location (very convenient to cruise around the region).

Review 14：Everything! Staff so friendly couldn't ask for better hosts. The junior suite was fanastic so spacious and with a great balcony it meant our 14mth old son could run around. The decor of the hotel and our room was beautiful so funky! Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, such a great place I cannot rate this place enough. We WILL be back.

We were very impressed by attention to detail for disabled guests, particuarly those with impaired vision (all rooms numbers are in braille and floor level identifiers). Lisa and David (and Cane) were extremely friendly and very helpful. We had a cooked breakfast which as Scots it really is the icing on the cake. Nothing like a good fry up! Thank you for making us feel at home.

Review 60：It was like staying in a five star B&B. Breakfast is sensational, and the couple who run and own the place as well as the staff make everyone feel at home. Excellent accommodation and great service. Parking is easy and there are great places to visit within a few minutes drive, or an easy walk to the Village a few streets away.

Review 61：This is a particularly charming hotel to stay in if you are in the Biscarrosse area.I need a hotel around the Arcachon/Bordeaux area every year to break my journey up from Northern Spain to Northern France, I very much doubt if I will trouble to look anywhere else from now on. This is a new hotel. Its style could fairly be called "Modern Boutique".If you wish to know what the rooms look like, the photographs shown on the booking sites are completely accurate. There is no glossing over.It has secure private parking and is located in the heart of Biscarrosse. It's only a 70m walk into an area where there are bars and restaurants.The hotel does not have a liquor license and does not have its own restaurant so you will need to eat locally. There is a well stocked mini-bar in the room however, so if you are gasping for a beer immediately, you can open a tinnie.Fortunately 70m is not far to walk.Breakfast is provided though, and it is excellent. There are the normal cereal and continental style items and a cooked breakfast of say, omelette, sausage, bacon & tomato is cooked to order upon request.Mine was done perfectly. In fact all aspects of my brief stay here could fairly be described as outstanding. The proprietor is enthusiastic, friendly and charming. Speaks excellent English, is rightly proud of his hotel, and with good reason.The rooms are spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Bathrooms are stylish and well designed and the lavatory was separate in my room. I had a balcony to sit out on. The view was over a quiet pedestrian area. Biscarrosse is a not a noisy town and there was nothing to disturb what was an excellent night's sleep.There was an open market in the square on Friday morning. There may be one on other days too, I don't know. Its only a 80m walk away so you can easily walk to it to have a look around and maybe make a purchase or two.

Review 77：The Hype Hotel is very modern,stylish,clean & very friendly,the owners, David & Lisa were so friendly,charming & very informative,the room we had was superb with all facilities including an in room safe & tea/coffee making facilities the room was spotlessly clean,the bed was marvellous giving a great sleep which is what we needed after a long drive from the south of France. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of cotinental or full English breakfast, prepared by David. It seemed to us that nothing was too much trouble for this excellent pair of hosts, we hope this standard can be kept up, we will certainly visit again, for a longer stay next time. Well done !!!

The hotel and the rooms are all modern and equipped with the latest design. The room and the bed are very comfotable. The breakfast is delicious and fresh.
