Review 1：If your room is on oposite side of street, be ready to hear train locomotive. There is a railway just behind hotel. Sound isolation of window is not bad, but noise was not comforteble for me in early morning.

Review 6：Rooms are modern and clean, we stayed in the winter period and floor heating in that bathroom was really good. Location is ok, about 20-30 min walk to the center. Parking was fine, enough places.

Review 7：Didn't like the position of hotel and room amenities. There is no mini bar, water, normal closet, extra blanket, in a whole room there was just 2 glasses and a liquid soap.

Review 8：No bottled water no kettle in room. Everything plastic like "glass", toilet bowel, basin, shower room, chair. Low construction cost.

Review 10：Arrived late and tired and at check in the system failed so we couldn't enter room. We waited and reserved another hotel. It is not ok not beeing able to cancel stay without paying. They told us to call booking.hr. That was not our fault. It was solved after hour and half.

Review 11：No fridge in room. No door on bathroom so no privacy. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Review 15：Didn't know how to get there on public transit, but it's just a straight shot from the main square. If you take line 4 from the main square and get off right before it turns, you're basically there. Line 4 doesn't run on Sunday's, so you can take line 5 and just walk a little longer.

Review 17：My room was very near to the train station, and a lot of trains passed during the night. Bed was composed by two single beds and it was not comfortable.

Review 19：There was just one small issue: the parking. First we were handed a gate opener to park our car in the private parking place right next to the hotel. We parked, occupied our room, and then left for about an hour. When we returned the parking lot was full. Since it was illegal leaving our car near the full parking lot we asked for help. We learned that we can use the parking lot near a big store not far from the hotel (actually almost just accross the road). Had to give back the gate opener and we got the directions. Drove there, but were not able to enter, it was protected with barriers and required a card to open it. Which they forgot to give us at the hotel, so we had to go back and ask for one. They gave it, then we drove back and used the card. It was really a tiny episode in the overall very pleasant stay, but at that precise moment we were a bit annoyed.... :-)

Review 20：Closeness to Messe Graz (we were with dogs ,attending a show, so it was great that it took only a few minutes walk to get there). Helpful, nice, young staff with real multilingualism. One of the best hotel matresses we've met...important! Either there were very nice and really careful guests or the hotel had excellent sound-proofing. Tasty dinner served in the hotel.

Review 21：Roomz is a design hotel and this is partly at the expense of practicality. For example the shower has transparent doors and it is visually "connected" with the sink, toilet doors, and with corridor.

Review 22：Very good "value for money" hotel; clean, modern, friendly staff. Walking distance to the downtown. It is a quiet hotel with nice atmosphere. Good access from the highway as well.

Review 85：Rooms are nice and clean, but breakfast is too expensive. Hotel is located next to tram stops and it takes 5 min to the center. We were not able to get hotel parking, but it was fairly easy to find one in the street. It's cheaper - 5 €/day in a safe neighbourhood.

Review 86：The refer to Design, but Design is not making things pretty or colourful. When you arrive with the car, you do not have possibility to enter the parking lot. You have to stop your car where you should not stop it and walk to reception so they would open the gate. And then when you have parked you have to take longer walk with your luggage, to enter the hotel, because the doors next to parking place would not open from outside. Too close to train tracks.

Review 87：Bathroom McDonalds is located in the front of the hotel, so if you don't want to spend 13 EUR each (children pay the same amount!) for breakfast you have alternative solution.

It was quite expencive when thinking that it advertices itself as a budget desing hotel and its location relatively far from yhe city center and nearby the trail road. The hotel was just recently opened and everything was not working properly. Might come better in the future.
