Review 1：The only downdide was the near nextdoor surroundings that is like a not developed building site. Positive sideeffect of this is that its really quiet bacause there is no traffoc around the building so you can hear continously hear the waves breaking on shore about 300 mtres from the appartmentblock
Review 2：Everything inside appartment and building with swimmingpool was spotlessly clean and luxuriously equipped. The woman of reception was outstanding. She did all that was possible for us to stay, even after check out, because we had to cover quite some hours tome due to a late night flight back home
Review 3：Nothing special to be mentioned. Maybe mop could be available in the appartment (that we could clean the floor when neccessary).
Review 4：Good location - silent place, 10 minutes walk to city center and to city sandy beach, 5 minutes walk to nice rocky beach, 200 m to supermarket Mercadona. Very nice and helpful staff.

Review 6：The apartment was clean and fully equipped. Comfortable beds. Pool small but big enough. Very nice employees. Put effort into solving any problem or question. Pictures correct but they don't show the closest view with parking place for old special boats and emty area with gravel. But full view to the sea. Nice and secure neighborhood. Possible to see beach flag from apartment. Enjoying walk to the town passing through nice native neighborhood. Very close to the old town. Extremely close to grocery store "Mercadona". Several cafeterias within the block. Many restaurants at the beach stroll. Villajoyosa is a calm small town with few teenagers. Many tourists are Norwegian families, but also Dutch and Brittish people. Very friendly village.
Review 7：The aprtments should be cleaned more carefully, the sofa and soft chair was very dirty, the cleaning company should clean them with washable vacuum cleaners more often.

Review 11：Voor de paasvakantie is het jammer dat de zon op het terras al rond hlafdrie weg is en ook aan het zwembad heb je na 17 u geen zon meer. Daarom zou het heel erg leuk zijn mocht het dakterras ingericht worden, daar zou je ook van het avondzonnetje kunnen genieten.

Review 19：This is an excellent top modern little (10 apartments) apartment hotel. The see view from our bed and from the balcony was incredible including sunrise every morning. The Mercadona supermarket is 200 meters away. The old town and the wonderful white beach is in a 10 minutes walk. The staff is very friendly and very efficient. We will certainly come back.
Review 20：Swimming pool not really suitable for small children. Deep from the off and the edge is abrasive so not suitable for sitting at the edge with kids. Spent time at the lovely beach instead.
Review 21：Extremely helpful Senorita Tomita! We were very lucky with fab unseasonably warm weather for end Oct. We contacted the apartments in advance requesting a travel cot for our toddler and a taxi with car seat to pick us up from the airport. Everything was seamless. Tomi brought up a basket of toys for our little boy 15 mins after arriving. Big surprise!! Beautiful views over the sea and sunrises every morning. Clean, modern, quiet apartment block.
Review 22：Quite small shower cabin without door-after shower all bathroom was wet. Not a big problem, but better to say about it. Not obligatory, but apart wasnt cleaned during our stay.
Review 23：Location is perfect-quiet and there is place to leave a car. Approx 5-7 min to the beach and the centre. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Villajoyosa is a perfect place to stay. Beautifull view from the apart and balcony. Would go there again for sure. If you are looking for quiet place to visit costa blanca, this is the best place. If you are looking for the party place- go to Benidorm or Alicante. Worth to go there, but for us better to stay at La Punta.
Review 24：Many many thanks for such amazing holiday! Everything was perfect. Special thanks to Mrs Tomi, who was absolutely gorgeous! She helped us, adviced and organize airport transfer. Location was excellent: 3 minutes walk to huge supermarket Mercadona, 5 minutes to tram station and approx 10 minutes walk to beautiful beach. The apartment is modern designed, well equipped and very clean. Me and my 5 friends truly enjoyed!

Review 27：Everything was great! Very new and well-equipped apartments. The supermarket “Mercadona” is in 200 meters. Very cute café “Maja” with tasty sweets, cakes and drinks is located just opposite the “Mercadona”. The central seafront promenade with good sand beach and numerous restaurants is located in 15 min by walking from “La Punta”. Special thanks to Tomi and Vicente for their hospitality!
Review 28：The balcony was very spacious and with access to the pool ad sea view. Very nice space just want to make a suggestion: it would be even better if they managed to put a sunshade on this balcony and even a mirrored glass, it would give the balcony/ terrace more privacy. This occurs in the case of floor 0. The sunshade would be very usefull we fear of what might fall from the top floors and at the same time there was almost no shade ... It's just a suggestion and that an aspect which eventually affected little or nothing our stay. A minor problem the stay was great!!!!
Review 29：The facilities and comfort of the apartment. Comfortable beds, spacious apartment with everything you need, from kitchen utensils to appliances. All rooms with air conditioning. The owners very attentive and always available to help you / very aware. The garage is very functional and safe, with lots of parking places available it was great. A fantastic sea view very relaxing. Good taste in decoration, modern and everything was new. The balcony was spacious with space for dining table and chairs it had a direct access to the pool area. We were going to stay 10 nigths and ended up staying 13. Everything is great and just like in the pictures. Will return!!!
Review 30：There was nothing I did not like. Tried to do review off the bookingsite, but did not realise that I had to wait to be invited. This wastedabout 30 minutes whilst I tried every possible combination to get tothis review page.So I used Trip Advisor for a fuller review. I really can't be bothered to say it all again.
Review 31：Everything was great. Nice people who were most helpful. Apartments areclean, modern and quiet. This not a hotel, so there is no bar orrestaurant. Therefore it is a quiet residential place. There is a lift,so this is nice when coming back from beach a bit hot & bothered.All possible equipment including a/c, clothes washer, microwave,cooker big fridge/freezer, tv. Close to good big supermarket (5minutes walk). Close to beach - 20 minutes walk Close to train station(10 minutes walk) so able to get to Alicante airport using train and c6bus for about 6 euros single. Train service, known as tram is good alsofor exploring the region.
Review 32：Nice see view, air conditioning, modern decor, 2 toilets, dishwasher and washing machine in kitchen. Close to beach, close to tram (only 15 min. to benidorm), 45 min. to Alicante airport by car. Friendly and professional staff, nothing was problem for them. We really enjoy the stay.
