Review 1：Dining and lounge/bar areas very disappointing. Balcony furniture very basic. Noise from the bar area was a bit of a problem especially at night.

Review 3：Some slight issues that might need looking at: - Wi-Fi is free, however it is patchy throughout the hotel. I kept having to re-insert the code manually each time I lost it after moving around. I couldn't log on at all in my room; - baby cleaning facilities need to be made available - the lunch menu could do with some work in terms of variety (it largely looked much like a scaled down version of the dinner menu). The other meal times I thought provided lots of choice

Review 4：Generally enjoyed my stay and would come back. The food and entertainment staff were pretty good and my kids enjoyed staying here. The set up around the pool was good and the games during the day by the Hotel's entertainment folk were good fun. The staff were very helpful throughout.

Review 6：I couldn't fault this hotel, it was fab we were a large family group raging in ages from 12 - 74 and every one of us really enjoyed our stay.

Review 8：The hotel is conveniently located to the beach (5 min walk). It's also ideal for the nightlife, not too near but not too far, enabling you to walk in either direction for your night out.

Review 11：The hotel has no views at all. You can just about see the sea over the tops of palm trees. The rooms are small and the beds are very uncomfortable.

Review 13：The complex was very good with 3 pools in use and entertainment was to suit everyone. Disappointing that more people didn't join in with the activities but that's not the fault of the staff. The food on offer was excellent and highly recommended.

Review 17：The rooms are very sparse in the fact that they don't come with a kettle, iron, ironing board etc. These are basic things that you would expect to have in your room. However, you can rent these things for a small fee, including microwave, mini hobs and other items. In terms of amenities, there is only a local 'Spar' down the road. If you don't find what you need in there, you may struggle to find it anywhere else in the vicinity.

Review 18：The apartments were spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that our balcony overlooked the ocean! (You can see it in the horizon). The food was absolutely second to none. There was a vast array of choice and something to keep everyone happy. The food tasted 'home cooked' and the service was impeccable. The location is perfect as it's fifteen minutes from the airport. However, you are not disturbed in any aspect by being so close. The apartments are located a seven minute walk from the beach and the local strip which was just perfect. This Hotel / apartment is recommended for families or couples. If you are going as a family, you will more than likely be allocated one of the apartments which is away from the main hotel. This is wonderful as it affords you more privacy than staying in the main part and you have your own area with swimming pool etc.

Review 19：The reception booking in experience was horrific and embrassing was ignored and also shouted at . Late arrival time 9pm left without an evening meal and little direction to room help only from security after walking for 30mins in darkness. Sara reception does not represent this hotel well at all!!!!!!

Review 20：Hotel is in an ideal location close to sea front and shops and lucky had a refurbished room the food is fantastic. Very friendly entertainment staff but seems to need updating.

Review 34：We didn't like Manuel's (one of the activity staff) attitude. His constant jokes about terrorists and making fun of guests' nationalities and languages right in front of them were not in place and not funny. He was the only one laughing. Also bad comments to other staff in Spanish about the guests in front of them, thinking that no one can understand were unacceptable, in fact some of the guests could understand.

Review 35：Very clean, clearnes very efficient - well done for them! Kitchen and bar staff very kind and efficient. Food varied and tasty. Sunbeds comfortable. Good night entertainment. Roberto was a great entertainer, friendly and he was doing a great job! We had a good time with him.

Review 53：Food was the same every day and very bland. Xmas and new year gala dinners were no different and a shambles with so many people turning up at same time. Drinks were pretty disgusting due to being the cheap rubbish. Snacks were very disappointing and very poor for an all inclusive. We paid all inclusive but ate out most of the time and the room def wasn't worth what we paid. We were right above dodgy air conditioning unit so room vibrated ast night. Although there was a company out twice during our stay trying to fix it. Nothing special for what we paid.

Review 54：Very clean. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed daily. Restaurant was spotless despite it being so busy.

Review 55：They put us in what seemed to be an old block of rooms which were basic and dated. It wasn't the photos of the room I booked on booking.com but as we had an upper floor end room with double balcony I didn't complain.

Review 61：This is a great hotel in a fantastic location only 10 minutes drive from the Lanzarote airport with a decent amount of parking, at least for the time of year I was there. I did an all inclusive short stay which was incredible value for money! The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were a good size and pleasantly decorated. I only saw one pool there as I was only there for a short time so wanted to explore the island so didn't spend long in the hotel. As mentioned earlier the all inclusive food was of a very good standard with lots of choice. My room had a rubbish view but I wasn't there to look out the hotel room window so that didn't bother me.

Review 62：We asked if there was a pay phone near by. the receptionist said no and then went on to tell us there is a phone in the room and told us it was free. I actually asked her 3 times if it was free to ring england and she said yes. As we left they shouted us back and told us we had a 90 euro bill for the phone. We used the phone twice and they told us it was free. how does that happen??????
