Review 1：We had arranged to arrive at 17.00 but had to wait for the owner to arrive( admittedly not very long) and then wait while the beds were made up and last minute tidying done
Review 2：The property was in a very pleasant wooded area on the way to some of the beaches and good walking areas. It was very quiet and plenty of good dog walks near.
Review 3：We were on a cycling holiday and the studio accommodation was very conveniently situated on the cycle track and not too far from town. In the morning we had a delicious continental breakfast delivered to the door by our host.
Review 4：It was much smaller than expected. No chairs in room (not much space) we were told there were seats on the patio - not much good in the evening.

Review 13：whilst really nice people . The husband had left the key for us under a plant as no one would be in . His wife arrived just as we did but could not speak english. We did not meet the husband until the following morning he was very nice however we were not asked if we would like any breakfast (that was extra) and we din't like to ask as he was going to work
Review 14：whilst in a coastal area it was about one kilometre away set in lovely trees and open space in fact all of this street was the same a really nice location. No problems about storing our bike
Review 15：Just bad from start to finish. Ambiance Shabby would be a better name. The house has no number or indication that it is a chambre d'hote.(I do wonder why). On arrival it is a complete heart sink. The rest of the street has very smart houses. This one has a junk yard for a garden with abandoned toys, surf gear, an old matress, half bag of cement, old washing machine, hosepipes etc etc. You will notice in the publicity photos there are no pictures of the entire house, probably because it looks so bad. The welcome we recieved was a demand for our passports!! Never a good idea to treat your guests as thieves who will run off without paying.....although I can hardly blame anyone who took one look and left. Whilst the room looks superficially ok, closer inspection reveals that it is filthy and it has not been properly cleaned in months. The bed clothes were unironed. I could not even be certain they had been washed. The head board had stains on it (these can be seen if you look closely in the publicity shot of the bed). I took a shower only to find it overflowing due to a hair ball the size of a hamster in the drain.Just disgusting. Coffee machine had algae growing in the water chamber. We were not offered a breakfast although this is advertised (we would not advise taking it given the owners approach to cleaning and hygiene). To cap it all we had the owners baby giving us a 6.30 screaming session. The location is considerably more than 500m from the beach as advertised. This is a stinker....there is plenty of better accommodation around. You deserve better!

Review 17：The bed had a flanelet sheet, too warm. the bathroom had a clear glass windon looking straight into the shower, we had to put a towel over the window when having a shower.
Review 18：The room is part of the owners villa and is in a very quiet location, a plus was the small kitchen area with microwave and tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge.
Review 19：Not worth the money. No space. Small bed. Room (and bathroom) was neverdone during our stay. Garbich all over the garden. In fact, the roomseems to be the old car-park, transformed into a bedroom anex bathroom(what explains the lack of space). Cannot believe the score they got inbooking.com.
