Review 1：We loved the location although it is quite remote and not close to a village The owners were absolutely fantastic and also was the food. Nothing was too much trouble We also loved the Arabic baths and our in room massage by a local masseuse. Thank you Cortijo la fe We will definitely return.

Review 5：We have stopped over in many places in Spain, Cortijo la fe is by far our number one to date, it is individual and has two great hosts. Food was produced with local produce and it shows!! located in the heart of Granada . Access is part track, we managed this fine in a large van with no problems. My advice is to book the evening meal, superb!! and if you have time use the Spa facilities. many thanks to the owners for there hospitality.

Review 6：Simply magnificent in every way. Firstly the hospitality of both Dominique and Ricardo is beyond all expectations. Now to the amazing part--Cortijo La Fe is an example of what people can do when they truly care and make excellence an integral part of their lives. After eating dinner there once we never had a meal anywhere else. Ricardo prepared gourmet meals on every occasion and Dominique attended to us in the most gracious and attentive way. Ricardo's creation--the hamam (turkish bath) was designed and built by him with an excruciating attention to detail. You must schedule a private bath to believe it. The chapel built by him as well was truly inspirational. It is a bit out of the way but in there lies its charm as well. If you are one that can appreciate quiet and authenticity while dining gourmet style and relaxing in your own Turkish bath then this place will overwhelm you. Review 7：Beautiful landscape, super friendly hosts/owners who really went out of their way to make our stay terrific (like arranging last minute tickets for the Alhambra when we were foolish enough not to pre-arrange them), delicious breakfast and dinner, excellent to catch your breath while exploring southern Spain. The altitude of about 1000m makes for cool nights. Granada and picturesque whitwash villages driving distance. We had a great stay.

Review 8：Dominique and Richard are really good hosts. They listened to us and they give us the best comfort that we could get. They are warm and friendly. The food that Richard prepare is really good and Dominique gives you always good tips on what in zone to do. The hamman is great experience that i reccomand.

Review 9：In this world we live in it is hard to find a place where you have no worries and can hear your own thoughts in blissfull silence and relaxation. Dominique and Richard have created such a peacefull nest in the middle of Olive tree fields that you would have to try very hard to stress yourself. From the moment we arrived they made everything so easy and relaxed for us that all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. The house is also very tastefully built and decorated. Turkish hamam is a must for everyone. We would deffinately recommend this romantic and serene piece of world to everyone in need of remembering what life is really all about.

Review 11：Arrived very late, following the dirt path and wondering if we were driving to the site of our ritualized deaths. We were very surprised to find this lovely home and other guests all lounging before the fireplace. We had a nice soak in the hamam and an astonishing meal prepared by Richard. In a former life he was the pagan god of bread! In the morning we walked about the property enjoying the country views. Thoroughly delightful. We took away several cards to give to friends.

Review 12：The road in is certainly an adventure and I don't recommend to try to find the Cortijo La Fe after sunset. The turn off is between mile markers 30 & 31 of the A335 and the dirt track in does require careful driving. We decided to eat our dinners at the Cortijo to avoid having to drive the road in the dark. With such wonderful chefs, it was the right decision.

Review 13：The view is amazing. The tranquility was absolutely revitalizing. The grounds were immaculate. The hammam was glorious. The food was delicious, organic from their garden or locally produced, and served in enormous quantities. We had dinner there both nights: one night a sampling of local delights and the second night a delicious moroccan meal. We had the house to ourselves midweek at the end of October so it was exceptionally special even though the pool was already closed. Our 2 bedroom suite at the end of the house had a tiny balcony and the best views. Well worth it. This is a remote oasis from busy city life.

Beautiful setting and wonderful food made more special by the fact that most produce was handpicked from the garden. It really is a place for relaxing and lazy days. We will definitely be returning.

Review 31：'If there is heaven, this is it' Beautiful old farmhouse turned into a guesthouse in the middle of montanious countryside. We had the pleasure of being the only guests, so we were treated to the best room and had all the other treats (pool, terrace, chapel, hammam) all to ourselves! Charming french hosts also served delicious breakfast and dinner.

Review 33：A wonderful location, great staff and service, food was excellent and overall stay was fantastic. The pool is great and the views are stunning. We were staying in Andalucia for 4 days to visit Granada, Corduba and the coast, and this location is perfect for visiting all of these. Also, the turkish baths are amazing! After a long day in the sun relaxing in the baths they have had built below the chapel is a great experience.

Review 34：The approach along the non-tarmac road was a bit of a drag, but ok if you drive carefully. The location when you get there is worth it though, and we would go again.

Review 37：Wonderfully tranquil location. The tri-lingual French owners could nothave been more welcoming, helpful, friendly and hospitable. We were fed(for a very reasonable sum) on the evening of our arrival, which, giventhat this accommodation is 6 miles from the nearest food (and down atrack), was just brilliant. Lovely pool, and access to Wi-Fi, and thebeauty of the area make this a memorable place to stay. It is a shame weonly had one night there. We shall be back!
