Review 1：Not at all negative - the hotel was cheap enough for a single night and the restaurant was excellent.

Review 2：The hotel was very clean and some would say Spartan. The saving grace was the restaurant next door which was excellent. Choice of food and beautifully presented.

Review 3：Nice hotel set in lovely grounds and very quiet. Located near airport and not too far from the centre of the town. Rooms very nice and clean. Breakfast was continental style, not much to choose from but very good of what there was.

Review 4：Gym facility has limited hours of availability: available from either 8:00 am or 7:00, depending on who you talk to (ie. conflicting information). This is of no use to me, who needed the facility at 6:15 am. Limited hours availability is not advertised on Booking.com facilities description. Hot tub was cold, not even lukewarm.

Review 19：I had an evening flight booked after a holiday near bergerac and a problem about how to occupy myself during a long hot day, so I decided to book a room in this hotel which is the closest one to the airport at Bergerac. I told them I would be arriving before 10am and this wasn't a problem. The hotel situated a little out of town in an area of 'out of town shopping' There was a restaurant adjacent to but not part of the thotel, but it was closed. The friendly and very helpful owner directed me towards a garden centre which had a restaurant serving excellent food at a very reasonable price. As for the hotel itself, for under 60 euros, I had a spacious room which had air con and a flat screen TV. While I did not sleep there, the bed and bedding were exactly what one would wish for and the staff were very pleasant. I had the swimming pool to myself and there were lots of sun loungers around the pool area. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for me which cost 8 euros . So instead of being tired, hot and worn out by my day waiting for an evening cflight, I was rested and refreshed. If will be returning to Bergerac but the position of the hotel, while not far from the centre, prohibites guests just walking out and exploring. But the value is good and the owners and staff are anxious to do every thing they can to make their guests stay comfortable. I would use the hotel as a stop over on my way South or as a place to spend a day before a flight

Review 20：Run down premises in the middle of an industrial estate. Hotel smelt musty. Needs total update. Bar facilities had little or no choice. No safe in room for valuables. Hand held shower, couldn't have proper shower. No restaurant, bars, in vacinity so totally isolated and restaurant onsite was derelict.

Review 29：The room doesn't have a fridge or kettle but does have a space where they used to be. It was difficult for preparing bottles as there is no fridge in the hotel that can be accessed either. Not a very common request and probably the same in most hotels.....but worth considering in a family room.

Review 30：The family room is a great set up with a mezzanine level with double bed. The staff were lovely and the seating areas at the end of the corridors great as even with the children in bed we could meet with others in our group and still see the doors of our rooms. All our requests for quiet rooms, rooms next to each other and a cot for the youngest were all accommodated. Great stay thanks!

Review 77：The wifi, though free, was very slow. The shower head is attached to thewall about two feet above the taps...why do they do this? You have tokneel, or hold the shower in your hands. The bar was closed in theevening...no sign of anyone around.

Review 78：Within walking distance of the airport, but as it was a storm I booked ataxi, but they start the meter running in Bergerac so it still cost 15euro, the same as getting the taxi from Bergerac. There's arestaurant next door, but it's shut on Mondays.

Review 93：The French never fail to disappoint when it comes to service. Firstly, Ibooked a triple room for my daughter and 3 year and 18 monthgrandchildren. They provided a duplex room with a single bed and cot onthe ground floor connected up a flight of stairs to the main bedroom. Nobaby gates, totally inappropriate. They did then offer a double room butwe had to do all the moving of cot etc. The whole floor stunk ofcigarette smoke. We complained but they just said that they could notstop guests smoking in their rooms. Ok so why put ashtrays in everyroom? We set the automatic wake up call for 06.00. The hotel had notreset the system for summer time so we were woken at 07.00 and had tomiss breakfast. They said that there had been a power cut in the night??What rubbish. This is a real budget hotel with absolutely no frillscharging hefty rates.

Review 95：Reception did not open till 0800 and we left at 0700 for the airport. If taxi had not arrived or problems had developed there was no one to contact. Once out of the front door we could not get in again, had we left our luggage in reception and just 'looked' outside we would have lost access to our luggage as the automatic doors closed behind us. An innocent mistake to make. Scary!!

Review 96：A perfect location if flying through Bergerac airport. The restauraunt next door was perfect and we had one of the best meals we had in France on this trip. Hotel is clean but basic.

Review 97：The air conditioning needs to be sorted out for the duplex rooms. It was too hot to sleep on the upper floor. I thought that the food was very expensive.

It is an easy walk into town, although the road has no footpath until you get to the town boundary, so the walk is not recommended for those with small children. Hotel is a good standard, rooms a decent size and clean. Breakfast was fair to good.

Review 105：There are many potholes in the street leading to the hotel from the mainroad; there is no excuse for this. Doesn't the Bergerac municipalitymaintain this street? If not, then you should get some buckets ofconcrete and repair these bad holes. The corridor was dark in front ofour room, until we discovered the light switch. There are light switcheswhich sense the presence of a person, and turn on the light. Showercurtains would be nice, and they don't cost much. In our room 207, thetoilet would often keep running when flushed.
