Review 1：staff not really communicated even we informed early arrive, we had to wait 3h to get the room fridge is missing in the room (will be good to have it there)

The staff was really professional and helpful (i had a little mechanic problem with my car, they searched a mechanic and fixed it). The room was so big, and the bed was gorgeous. The kitchen and the bar are the same high quality. Recommended.

Review 21：A hotel in a quiet location. The room was clean and furnished to a high standard. Great value for money, we pre-booked the dinner and it was excellent value for money. God breakfast. All round a good value hotel with helpful family owners.

We planned to stay one night, but we stayed longer because there is so much to do around Afritz, and when we came home there was a fantastic dinner! Also the breakfast is very good, so much choice. We had a wonderful time here, and will come again!

Review 23：Not suitable for non-smokers! The smoke arrived in the restaurant andtill the bedroom. The staff doesn't speak english, so difficult toask something there. We asked a dinner at booking stage.. The qualitywas not as expected so obliged to change and pay the difference and notreceived what requested! For breakfast we didn't find any cake orcroissant, only bread. For sure not good for vegetarian.. For sure wewill never book again there and will not suggest this place to otherfriends, we missed the famous Hungarian hospitality.. We regret havingto make this comment, but we have always had excellent results withbooking.com and were surprised in this last case.

Review 25：I missed some of the little things such as a glass in the bedroom for some water and a few extra bathroom niceties as well as a welcome pack (I know some hotels don't have them but I always like to know some info eg local points of interest, breakfast times, checkout times, hotels history - if it's interesting etc. Having said that the guy who runs the place with his father were so helpful I know they would be willing to answer anything you wanted to ask them. Also, as our daughter sometimes has a restricted diet, a little wider choice of breakfast would be nice.

Review 26：The wonderfully helpful and friendly staff were amazing. The setting was just lovely-having got there in the pitch black, what an amazing sight to wake up to, wish we were staying another night so we go for walks and explore! The hotel was nice, it was clean, well decorated & with decent,well done out bathrooms. Had some interesting stuff about the place & we were amazed to hear that the family who run it did it up themselves. Overall-quite basic, but a nice place to stay.
