Review 1：the apartments nice and large and the kitchen suited for the amount of cooking we would be doing the pool area was nice for relaxing the staff were helpful

Review 2：It was basic accommodation, couldnt expect more for what we paid. A lot of steps within the complex. Sunbeds unavailable until 10am daily.

Review 4：The only two complaints are that you have to go up and down a very very steep hill called cardiac hill to get to and from the town. People with disabilities may have difficulty. We did know about the hill before we went as it is well documented. The only other small complaint was the bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade

Review 5：lovely place plenty of pools staff are excellent and ready to help. Its a lovely place and the accommodation was good - always had good hot water even with four of us showering before going out.

Review 6：There is a few bad points if like to point out, firstly after checking in we found we were situated up the back and had to contest with 3 long steep steps up to room 155, giving that my self with bad back problems I found that not been told about the walkway up to our room at check in was a downside, also every morning at 8 am we were awoken by people either staying above us or next to us. Constantly moving of furniture instead of lifting was a nuisance and not able to have a lie on in mornings,maybe if I could point out a way of alleviating this problem would be to cover all legs on furniture with small cuts of carpet or rubber patches because it is a problem with the apartments,also I suspect our room 155 hadn't been used in awhile as wen we entered there was a terrible musty smell in bedroom that was there for the week even with windows opened, also there was a cockroach on the shower curtain when we first arrived aswell, just those small little things if addressed will be a much more relaxing holiday!

Review 7：I liked the when the sun set in the evening straight onto our balcony, the pools were fantastic bit colder than normal but good, I liked the way all people working in complex did there job and very punctual and helped efficiently if there was a problem..

Review 10：The hotel staff were friendly and the location near the front was good, even though there is a short steep road to contend with. The best part was Daniel who kept the kids entertained during the day and was a star!

Review 11：Water got in on the floor of our apartment. We reported it but nothing was done to have it cleaned up. we reported a leak in the bathroom which was quite significant. It took two days before the problem was resolved. Overall, customer service and responsiveness was lacking.

Review 19：The apartments were in need of refurbishment.Very outdated.Beds were some of the worst I have slept on in Puerto del Carmen.A kiosk bar on the site usually ended up getting very noisy and this was just let happen without any regard for other residents.

There should be some time limit system to this.

Review 32：I have stayed in this hotel on 3 other occassion and the Staff were excellent - We had booked a couple of trips on this occasion at the reception desk, we showed up for one of the trips only to be told the bus was already gone, we went back to the reception and spoke to Glenn and he contacted the tour company staight away and got it sorted for us. Even got us a discount!

Review 41：The Staff were'nt very hepful, (only one gentleman was) you paid for your wifi which was absolutely desperate and kept switching off so plenty of trips to reception staff, entertainment was dire, cleaners pick and chose rooms to clean, plenty of hidden steps so not suitable for buggies or prams. Rooms definitely need upgrading, no cooker, water pressure from hot to cold, lethal when you have kids, so bath option only, plenty of wood rot in the kitchen and floor presses.

Review 42：The Whether and the Swmimming Pool. The entertainer during the day for kids was very good but not a lot for them here, it was near the new Lidl if your room was located miles up the back.

Review 43：Really great value. Reception were quite helpful and booked a day trip for us and arranged car hire. Very close to the main strip but the hill might be a worry to those with mobility problems. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.
