Review 1：Hotel needs quite a bit of tlc outside and in. Walls were scratched and they could do with a lick of paint. Found a nail clipping by the toilet in the bath but that wasn't a major issue. No wardrobe, one of the shelves was not straight. No coffee or tea facilities in the room even though it's a 4 star. Spa facilities on the top floor were okay but some areas could do with attention. A rail leading to the jacuzzi was loose. We had no outside view, just a brick wall. Definitely not the best spa I have been but I can't complain about the price. They really need to update and mantain the hotel. It didn't look much promising from the outside.

Review 2：The room was spacious and the facilities in the room were okay. Nice jacuzzi. Staff was helpful and friendly and the room service menu was really good. The hotel restaurant was also nice. Great value for money. Dressing gowns offered and slippers. Good selection at breakfast.

Review 3：This place was just amazing. The room we had was just like out of the movies, we nicknamed it the Playboy Room from the 70s. All the décor throughout this place was crazy, but great. The staff, well they couldn't have been accommodating from the Manager to Reception staff. Thank yoiu

Review 4：I don't think this is a good hote for spa or a romantic stay; the spa is tiny and many things not working. Not my case, but I woud be disappointed if I was looking for a relaxing spa stay.

Review 5：This is a good hotel to stop by as we did, it gave us exactly what we were looking for: clean rooms, good breakfast and a swimming pool.

Review 6：Lady receptionists always looked like we bother them. There weren't any towels in our bedroom upon arrival and we wanted to go to the spa. The lady receptionist said they would bring us some later. End of story... On the other hand her colleague offered us some robes straight away. So that balances it. :)

Review 7：Spa. One recommendation only, if you want a relaxing massage / facial... ask for one of the new treatment rooms in the back. I was first placed into an old one in the front and I was very bothered by the noise from jacuzzi and people talking. After I decided to cancel my treatment they offered me another room and that was just perfect. Breakfast was great and so was our bedroom. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to come back. Oh, and you must try the hotel restaurant for dinner. Very cheap and above delicious.

Review 8：No breakfast before 8, and even then, the fresh items only arrived at 8.15 and were still being put out when we left at 8.30. No explanation or apology. Not really a "don't like" but it's an unusual hotel and might not appeal to everyone. Not a good location for visiting city centre.

Review 19：Lleida isn't a place you'd want to spend a great deal of time in and is probably a passing thru place for most tourists. The hotel is about 10 mins drive from the centre of town but there's not a lot to take you to the centre anyway so don't worry. There's a great free car park. Our room was a little smokey smelling but apart from that everything was cool.

Review 20：Staff member at check in was rude and we felt like we were interrupting him. The hotel was clearly cutting edge when first built however it is now showing signs of age and needs money spending on general maintenance. For example our bathroom door did not close and the laptop provided did not work.

Review 21：The quirky style and swimming pool. Bedroom is still very stylish with modern huge comfortable four poster bed and jacuzzi in the bedroom were fantastic.

Review 22：The timing of our two meals was very bad. I had just about finished my steak by the time my wife's 1/2 chicken arrived. The chef was obvioulsy well aware of the problem as the chicken was rather burnt, presumably to try & speed the cooking up. The decor was rather amateurish & cheap.

Review 26：We stayed in a room for 4 and it had a separate bedroom for the kids and a big jacuzzi tub, shower and sauna, which was fun. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced. It was comfortable and I would stay there again.

Mojito's are fab:-) McDo crossing the streets, so ok for kidds :-). Family loves herbsand spices, and these are grown all around the hotel, which gives itnice smells.

Review 92：This is not a four star hotel. The front desk cannot speak English. Thefitness center is a joke. It smells has temperature 40degree C. Theequipment is east German circa 1960. I ordered room service and afterone hour gave up and went out to eat.

The small sauna in mydidn't reach high enough temperature to be a real sauna. The jacuzzitook >45 min to fill. And it did not drain afterwards. So both thesauna and jacuzzi didn't work well, too bad!
