Review 1：Not all the staff was serviceminded, the food in the buffet in the evening was almost the same every night, could be great with some more healthy stuff

Review 5：Staff not friendly, came to my room twice without knocking, without reason...... strange. Dirty floor, shower screen, mirror, broken bin in the toilet, dirty toilet brush. Food could be better, I have tried fish every day and each time was really dry, lettuce not washed properly. In my opinion this is not family friendly hotel and I would not stay here again in the future.

Review 6：90% of staff were rude, not sure if this was due to being English or young. Long lines for the restaurant daily. Cleaner only made beds, left us with no toilet roll one day and reception would not sort it out, only laughed at us. The room for 4 was tiny with two doubles pushed together - stayed in twin rooms much bigger. Wifi was horrifically slow.

Review 7：Hotel was in a good location, central to beach and close to the shops. Food was always plentiful and a generally good standard. Entertainment at night was good. Enjoyed the roof top sunbed area. Good seaview from room

Review 8：Arrived at midnight. Bar closed, no water in fridge. None available at reception. So had to go find a supermarket! We were all inclusive; a bottle of water in the room would have been very much appreciated.

Review 10：The hotel is reasonable and "some" of the staff are excellent. Seems to have been hurriedly built during the Spanish property meltdown, and catering predominantly to the Russians, sanctions will be hurting!
