Review 1：TV was ridiculously small and we were expecting international TV. No channels at all that were international.

Review 2：Clean tidy room, good bathroom facilities. Good value at 40 euro in our opinion.

Review 5：Users of this forum - please be reasonable! I expected a disaster judging by the posts. Contrary to them, the room was quiet, hot water was always there and I had a strong wi-fi signal in my room. The hotel is uphill? Come on... seriously? this is your complaint? I highly recommend the place to REASONABLE travellers

Review 6：the district/barrio. the uphill stairs to reception then it all went downhill from there ! almost immediately the demand for payment - without a chance to view the room. WiFi just didn't work. Ancient television needed 2 remotes and after 2 hours still couldn't work TV. At 6pm workmen still bashing in a local room. However my demand for money back was promptly agreed and cash (so no card re-imbursement showed on the record). Vacated by 7pm.

Review 8：The bedding very poor. The room I stayed 507 the bed sheets was torn. The water system is not hot and it was cold when I visited. The tv need to be changed. Still using old coloured tv. There need to be English station in their tv channel. I don't speak and hear Spanish. Should have station for English guest. The management should chang to Flat screen TV.

Review 18：The hotel misrepresented what it offered. It states that it has free wi-fi in all areas, but this is only available in one small part of the lobby, not in the rooms. Also contradictory to what is stated on the website, the TV was not a flat-screen, but a basic CRT, with only one channel and a textured surface applied to the screen. While the hotel is close to the cathedral, it is uphill from the centre of town and the river, which could be very inconvenient for anyone with difficulties walking.

Review 22：I had booked what was advertised as a double room with wifi. Very disappointed to find a single bed in a tiny room and could only access wifi in the foyer. When I reported my dismay to reception they were non plussed and basically said bad luck there are no other rooms. My issue is that the hotel and room was misrepresented in the booking.com page. I have used booking.com quite a bit in the past and this episode has been most disappointing.

Review 24：No safe facilities for securing valuables, either in the room or in the lobby. I didn't use the Wi-Fi but these were only available downstairs by the foyer. TV did not work properly, but for me, not too much of a concern as I was not in the room much.

Review 25：The hotel is in a reasonable central location and the room was relatively cheap. The rooms were kept relatively clean.

Review 26：There were ants everywhere in my room, the wi-fi didn't work unless you were sitting in reception and the breakfast was poor. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 29：Front of house weren't very helpful. We were travelling with a pram and we had to carry it up the steps each time we came and went as disabled access was non existent! When we asked whether we could store the pram downstairs they refused in case it was stolen! There was a poo in the toliet when we got to our room which was a nice touch! I couldn't be bothered to complain as having backpacked I have seen worse things but I could imagine a lot of people being very put off! The walls were quite thin and you could hear people coming and going in the night which kept waking us up. This hotel needs new management and a makeover!

Review 31：Not a lot. The hotel was tired. The toilet was not bolted to the floor and nearly tipped into the bath, the sink was blocked (both of which the excellent chambermaid sorted). The air conditioning did not work at all. The website said wifi in all areas including rooms, but it only worked in reception. There were no facilities for babies (cots, high chairs etc) and the reception staff wre not very helpful. We would definitely not recommend it. It was not a three star hotel, worse than many hostels.
