Review 1：The interior of our villa was in need of some updating as it was very 1980s looking. Eg the sofa bed cover looked old fashioned. Despite being spacious and able to sleep 8 people at least, it only had 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. It could have done with a few more mirrors too. Despite being open, the bar had very little choice of drinks.

Review 2：The site was very spacious and tranquil. The staff were very friendly and the location of the site was bery good.

Review 3：A cottage supposed to host up to 9 people has to have more than one WC definitely. The facilities should not have bad smell. Wi-Fi access only in the main building 300 m away from the cottage is certainly a disadvantage.

Review 5：No english channels on satellite, not within walking distance to beach, easy bike ride though, spa didnt open until 3-8pm although we did go out of season, also outdoor pool was closed which was a shame as was sunny weather.

Review 6：Lovely spa hotel, fantastic restaurant, lots of actvities, would be good for families, also in very tranquil forest location so also good for relaxing break for solo or couple/friends. Excellent dinner and breakfast, lovely bar with outdoor terrace. Our room also had balcony overlooking outdoor pool.

Review 13：No fridge in the room. Restourant too expencive for this location. Bicycke rent only from 10:00 till 12:00

Review 15：Had to wait 30 minutes outside the hotel for someone to open the front door at 3 am because the door was closed and nobody was at the reception desk and no one picked up the phone. We had to ask the guy in the kitchen... Sad when a hotel is supposed to be opened 24/7

Review 29：Decor a little dated in apartment we stayed. There was no electricity when we arrived, so we had to move to another villa for the first night and then back to our apartment the day after.

Review 35：Small hotel with plenty of eating options from snack bar available thro to late evening to an informal restaurant, clearly popular with the locals. Family and pet friendly. Plenty on site activities and yet not too far away from the Town and beaches.

Review 37：The hotel was set 4km away from the beach resort and was very peaceful at night, comfortable bed and nice size room. Our room had a view overlooking the pool. Food was great and the waiters very friendly and helpful. More of a family friendly hotel aimed at kids activities.

Review 38：There was no air conditioner and no refrigerator which made a 10 days stay with a 1.5 year old child a bit of a chalange when the temperature was between +32 and +41C. I would have expected that a family oriented hotel had at least an air conditioner.

Review 53：It is a wonderful place for the family beach holiday. The use of a velo from the hotel provides you with absolute freedom of the beach choice - we prefered very south empty beach as well as Lacanau lake beach. There is excellent network of velo routes, I believe more than 200 km in total.

Review 54：Dinner service on the 1 evening we ate at restaurant was exceptionally slow. However,this was acknowledged by a reduction in our bill.

Review 55：Very peaceful in spite of the number of young families staying. A very pleasant atmosphere and easy access to where we wanted to go eg Cap Ferret, lakes and the sea. Would go again!
