Review 1：Only one thing ... Having to pay for use of the computer for five minutes in order to check in for flight home and pay for printing of boarding pass.

The balcony had a great view of the beach. The food was very nice, and there was a good selection in the breakfast buffet. There was no unwanted noise in the room or in the rest of the hotel.

Review 24：Really friendly staff that remember what you like and even remember your names, they even gave us the same room we had on our last visit, so it felt like going home. Loved the new hairdryers!! We live in Fuerteventura so enjoy a mini break for a few days and will return again and again

Review 25：Just back from a week here. We loved it n so did our kids 2 and 5. Breakfast is lovely. Buffet style with fruits yougurts breads n different hot options every day like eggs , sausages, bacon , pancakes. Kids loved the pool, plenty of sunbeds and towel rental available. Staff are all nice. Always smile and say hello and happy to help with anything you need. We had booked1 bed apt n were upgraded to 2 bed apt poolside at no extra cost. You have use of the fariones hotel facilities too. Only thing we used was the bar as we brought kids to the mini disco but heard pool area n private beach are very nice. Location is perfect. Short walk to the main strip and beach also not a far walk from old town. We will def go back here I couldn't fault it

Review 30：On arrival we were given an apt. on ground floor. Located just as everyone entered and lots of footfall with no privacy.. A change was requested and we were offered an apt. in the basement with no view whatsoever, just 2 stone walls front and back. The door of our bedroom did not close as the beds were obstructing it. Towels need replacing, and the key to the safe was very antiquated and difficult to open.

Review 32：Apartments are very basic and outdated e.g green bath. They are in need of modernisation. The bedroom is very small and the kitchen has the bare minimum of utensils. Plastic beds for lying on at the pool are not comfortable. Pool area cramped. Dreadful view of rooftops from balcony. Breakfast nice but some strange selections such as broocolli mixed vegetables and chicken nuggets.

We were advised that it can only be rented per week, we were there for 5 days and we would have had to pay for a full week. I asked reception to print our boarding pass and was charged 5 euro for 2 sheets of paper !!!

Review 59：There was no view. Our room balcony on the second floor overlooked a wall. The pool area was small and unless you were out before 10.30, you didn't get a sunbed. When the cushions were removed from the sofa bed to access the mattress, they took up a lot of room, and it took a while to remake the bed each morning.

Review 67：Arrived about 11am and our room was available which was great. Location was excellent between old & new town. Very clean. Apartments well maintained, our had just been painted so took a day or two to get rid of the smell. Rooms cleaned everyday and towels available whenever needed. Room available last day to change in. Great choice at b/fast .. cooked b/fast was a bit weird some days like broccoli - seen people eating it though - so clearly there were some that liked it. Loads of people there came back on a regular basis.

Had two young children with us (2yrs and 4yrs) Antonio the events organiser was great with the young children they really enjoyed it when he was around. The cleaners were very friendly and did an excellent job. Breakfast selection was fantastic. We will definitely be returning here soon.

Review 73：I would not go back again as the hastle with the sun beds was disgraceful. I asked to see the manager and eventually did and I explained that we like to walk in the morning but now on this holiday we could not as you cant leave your sun beds unattended and cant book one before 9.00a.m. We suggested charging €1.50 each for the beds and then people might actully enjoy walking in the morning. These comments fell on deaf ears. It was our 5th time staying and could not understand why they were now charing for air conditioning €5.00 supplement added to the bill. This is not acceptable.

Review 76：Unfortunately, my fault, as I seemed to have missed this when I was searching for our accommodation, our apartment didn't have air-con. which we did find very uncomfortable, as during our stay, we had really lovely weather. A very minor complaint was that on a couple of days, the maid forgot to leave shampoos, soaps etc. but on asking at reception that was rectified. Our very main complaint is with Booking.Com. re their Price Promise Guarantee, which before leaving for our holiday, I received an e-mail advising me, that they were prepared to refund us 66 Euros, if on our return, they received a copy of the invoice that we had paid. I have sent a number of e-mails to them and a month later, we are still waiting. Since returning home, I have looked up if other people had experienced any problems and sadly, there are lots. It will be interesting to see if my review is shown.

Review 77：On arrival we were greeted by a very nice, happy young man, who advised us that we had been upgraded from a one, to a two bedroom apartment, which we were very pleased with. Other members of staff were also very nice and helpful. Breakfast was included in the price and this could not be faulted. Such a good selection of hot and cold food and plentiful. I cannot comment on the entertainment, because we ventured out during the day and the evening, because the apartments are so central to 'The Strip' and the Old Town, where there are lovely restaurants. The beds were 2 single beds instead of a double bed ... The staff in the breakfast area clean up the tables while your still eating ... The pool was not heated At all and the jacuzzi smelled like toilet! The apartment was also crawling with ants we couldn't go into the bathroom barefoot I wouldn't normally leave a review never mind a bad one but the price we paid I felt like I had to leave a review if you are thinking of staying here you should consider the fariones hotel or suits instead they are 2 mins away and are so much nicer

Review 94：This was nearly 3 times the price of appartments in the area and it is not possible they could have been that much worse. Fridge from the 60's. Decor was fit for a hospice. No air con but not needed in April. Bead broke after 2 minutes but was mended ok in good time. Got charged 4 euro to print our flight tickets and felt abused. Loads of appartments next door at a fraction of the price. Try them first.

Review 102：I suppose hard to get a table at breakfast at certain times like 9 oclock. We went to breafast at 10 and had no problem. Also guests are leaving their towels on the sun chairs and going off for a few hours. This is annoying if you are looking for a space. There were four of us.

Staff at the reception and at breakfast were friendly. In an excellent location. Lots of events and activities that are well advertised. Secure and other guest are friendly. Review 111：We liked the comfort of the apartment. the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was excellent. Where would you get a glass of Cava everyday with your breakfast (if you want it!)

Review 112：We stayed here as a group of 8 people over New Year and were very pleased with our choice of our hotel. The apartments were nicely decorated, well equipped and kept very clean. At that time of year the lack of air-conditioning is not a problem. I don't know whether it could be a problem when the weather is warmer, though there was a fan provided in the bedroom. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe, and a safe, which cost €2.50 a day for the key. I had a few problems with the wifi but friends in other rooms said it worked well for them. It was lovely to have an apartment rather than a hotel room, a more spacious feel to it, and the bonus of being to relax with a cup of tea after a day out. Having said that, there is not a lot of space in the bedroom - it is taken up with the two 3' beds, pushed together as a 6' double. Not a problem, when you also have a nice lounge/kitchen/diner and a balcony. Staff are very pleasant, friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and kept well stocked, though it can get quite busy at times. If you like walking, there is a lovely walk along the coast to Puerto Calero, about 3 miles away. and you can get the water bus back from there. Several supermarkets within 2 or 3 minutes walk, and the old town and beach area are close by too.

Review 123：At breakfast it got very congested around the toaster/bread area. There wasn't any room to put a plate down when you were cutting the bread also the toaster was very slow.I would suggest a second toaster/bread area. Also the luggage and changing room wasn't made very clear by reception.

Review 125：views from complex not great:-entertainment programme struggled over Christmas period few people attended quizzes, live music etc., little space for these to happen so not very welcoming orencouraging. Hot tub was out of commission, as was minigolf at the sports centre.
