Review 1：Felt the reception staff could have been friendlier very frosty answers to any queries , didn't go out their way to help.

Review 7：Horrible reseption service! Unfriendly and unprofessional. My friends who booked 2 nights at the same hotel had to change to "petit hotel" (better price, good service) / they booked the hotel the same night they came, the reseption man confirmed 80€ per person / night. So they reserved 2 nights. After the first night, they were told they had to move to a different room, as they had paid a cheAp deal. The problem was that they were told late (not before reserving) and the fact that they said that the reason was because they paid a cheap deal also didnt make sence as they had NO IDEA and on top of everything they were quite rude. This I call unprofessional...

Review 10：I first stayed at Pimar in the late 70s and returned there this year to find it just as good as the first time. Super location, friendly staff and great breakfasts make it a pleasure to stay here.
