Review 1：Incredibly small apartment. Main lights in corridors & garage went off for 24+ hours.
Review 2：Lots of radiators to dry out the incredibly wet clothing after constant rain / wet snow. Pool was nice but reasonably cool water temp.
Review 3：Happy to pay €10 for bed linen n towels however that should also include hand towel & bath mat. The ski lockers are awful, smelly & small place to sit to put boots on! It was a chaos every morning with everyone trying to get the skis out n boots on. Since we r not allowed to take the boots to the room, the place needs more room.

Review 7：The apartment was very dirty when we arrived. We cleaned it ourselves right after arrival. There were even pots and glasses n the cupboard that hadn't been cleaned at all. We booked the apartment for 4 people. Luckily we my only came with two persons. The storage room in the apartment is too limited. The quality of the bed was quite poor.

Review 9：Paying for use of tv (35Eur / week); Ski lockers don't have bootheaters and floor matting is continuosly wet which is a pain as there isvery little seating available because of the tight corridors.
Review 10：Reception staff were very pleasant and check in/out was easy. Ourroom was adequate for our party of 2 adults & 2 children andfacilities ideal for our stay. Pool/ sauna & hot tub were a goodafter-ski attraction. Excellent location being within 100m of the slope.Covered car park is a must if driving and is very secure and accessible(even if the lift is a bit slow!)
Review 11：Having to pay extra for linen when we arrived. Having to tidy and clean up at the end of the stay. Why don't they employ cleaners?? The rooms were a bit cramped (but I've had worse) and why is there always sofa beds and not normal singles? Wifi should be available in rooms, not just the reception area.
Review 12：Very close to the Grand Vans lift, so the apartments are in an excellent location between the slopes and the bars/restaurants. Basically ski in and out. The pool, hot tub and sauna were very nice and at no extra cost, which is great!
Review 13：Guessed there might be extra charges but had to email to find out what these would be. Floor,bins and toilet clearly had not been cleaned to the standard other reviewers mention.

Review 15：Didn't like having to pay for everything extra Sheets,towels tv andend of stay clean and didn't like having to make beds up onarrival. Staff were cold and seem to have there guard up . I can onlyassume they were sick of so many complaints about all the extra chargespeople had to pay. I think an all inclusive price would eradicate theanimosity between staff and holidaymakers. Overall loved flaine theapartment was clean and functional and you couldn't beat theperfect location and views .

Apartmentclean and good sized balcony with excellent views of the slopes stayedin appt for 6 with only 2 children 2 Adults (4) found the space tightwouldn't of liked a smaller apartment but it was functional and weonly slept there.
