The hotel offers 20 smart rooms, an outdoor pool for summer and private parking. In addition there is an ample events room suitable for celebrations, exhibitions and meetings.
Located around a shallow bay towards the south end of Cabo de Gata, San José is conveniently situated a 30 minute drive from Almeria Airport and is a delightful alternative to mass tourist destinations.

Review 2：This pleasant modern hotel is situated on the main road into town and is in easy walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. We found the staff very friendly and welcoming. We paid for a superior room on the top floor. It was very spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a fridge and flat screen TV. The free wifi worked well. The bathroom was on the small side but nicely done. Our rate included spa treatments but due to time restrictions we did not use it. The breakfast was adequate and the coffee nice and hot! ( not often the case in hotels). There is a large car park at the rear. We really enjoyed a comfortable stay in this lovely area. Hopefully we will return.

Review 3：The only thing I can criticize is that the toilet seat was loose and moved around and the shower hose needed replacing!

Review 4：It was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a good tasty selection! The spa was fantastic and the hotel was just the perfect quiet escape we were looking for! San Jose is a beautiful village! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Review 16：Car parking for hotel but municipal car-park across the road anyway. Breakfast - food was well stocked and dining area very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The 1st floor rooms have terraces which are quite large. Situated well for bars, restaurants etc. We had a massage in the evening - Andrés - well worth 40€! The Spa is spotlessly clean and the Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were wonderful. There is a shower cubicle giving 4 types of temperature showers with aromatherapy fragrances ... lovely.

Review 18：Loved this little gem in San Jose, which had more amenities and touch of class than most other hotels in the area! Easy to find, close to the beach and shops and car park is a bonus!

Review 19：I was very impressed with this hotel. The location is perfect for getting to the beach, taking the bus to the Calas, going for a run in the mountain. The rooms in the hotel are very comfortable, each one has a terrace and a television with a USB input. The spa is very nice, very modern. The staff are also great, I left an item in the hotel by accident and they posted it to me which was a bit of a life-saver. Thumbs up!
