Review 1：Very Basic, uncomfortable beds, kitchen equipment zero, bed linen and towels gray and quite shabby.

Review 3：We arrived to find we were in quite a rough area. On entering the hotel,you are face with about 25 steep marble steps down to reception. Thereis a little disabled lift but I don't think a family would use it,so I clung onto my 2 year old, 4 & 6 year old then went back up forbags, buggy etc. after checking in walked through toilet water that hadflooded the downstairs. Arrived at our room to see that it had beenpunched in. The balcony glass was smashed & it's easy to climbonto the next doors balcony. Not secure. The guests were well behavedfor September on a Tuesday but it was the bar below, the street drunkssinging football songs, chanting & shouting all night meant that Igot 2 hours sleep. The spare bed was a collapsed sofa. I slept with all3 kids in my bed at the back of the studio where it was quieterI left at 5am for a flight & considered going earlier for more comfort & cleanliness at the airport. When I left I had to step over a cockroach in the reception. Worse place I have ever stayed in my life. Fine if you are broke & sleep 4 in a room get drunk & are out all night. Not fine for children Find somewhere else please

Review 4：Bed could be better, you feel the bottom of the bed caused by the soft matras. WiFi kicks you out everytime takes a lot of time to get in and when you in you still need to pay a lot.

Review 5：Staff was excellent very happy personal and room was perfect had everything we wished. Also you couldn't possibly imagine a better location than a balcony above the boulevard.

Review 6：This property is a total scam. I paid Euro 400 for two nights for afamily of four but would not want to stay here for free. The photos onbooking.com do not reflect reality. I booked this property for twonights but left within 7 hours after arriving. This place is nothingfrom how it is described. It is incredibly noisy, dirty, no hot water inthe bathroom, no airco in the bedroom, no tv remote, no tea and coffeemaking facilities etc. The second "bed" was an old sofa whichwas falling apart. This sofa bed had a single sheet but no second sheet,duvet or blanket. I feel like I was stolen from since the propertyrefused to return me my money when I left after only 7 hours. Stay away.

A studio room with a clean kitchen, however - absolutely no basic supplies (salt and sugar), even at the reception. - the kitchen utensils do not fit the size of the stove - impossible to cook and fry at the same time.

Review 20：We used these apartments purely as a means of showering before our late night flight so our comments are based on a stay of a couple of hours early one evening. If you're looking for a functional sleeping space with your own bathroom, with basic cooking facilities, you can't go wrong here. No idea what the area would be like at night but I suspect noisy...

Review 21：-You won't get the feeling of being in a hotel. There is not even a phone to talk to the reception in case you need anything. You have to walk to reception for even small things. -Even though rooms are so big, still not properly organized. -Bed was not so comfortable. - AC in the room was not cooling properly. Overall it was ok. I could recommend this hotel (mainly because of staff, specially Maria)

Review 22：Location was very good. Lots of supermarkets around and the bust stop was just next to hotel. The girl at the reception, Maria was really very helpful. She changed the room to sea facing room, provided the baby cot as well as an electric kettle. She also helped me with the information about lots of places to see around. She was simply great.

Review 25：We booked 3 rooms and when we arrived we were offered only 2. They argued that that was OK since the two rooms they had were larger. After quarreling with 2 different staff members who would not give us money back for the third room we already prepaid, we finally got the money back the next day after talking to the manager (this was for the third room we never got). That was after several long discussions at the desk. When we woke up some kids had thrown up outside our room. Hardly slept the first night because of noise. In general this is a bad place to stay. Mabye the only people who will have fun here is 18 year old guys who in any case won't remember much from the trip.

Review 27：The staff were not particularly helpful. The hotel was filthy - broken bottles and spilt beer and food in corridors. Clientele was purely teenagers 'looking for a good time', who were seemingly oblivious to how noisy and anti-social their behaviour was. Just grateful we had only booked one night as we had, at the very most, 3 hours of very broken sleep. Ideal location if you're a group of 18 year old lads on your first holiday abroad without the parents - absolutely dire if you're travelling with children and your in-laws!!

Review 51：The room was disgusting. It was filthy, full of ants and bed mites, broken furniture and missing bedding (no pillow cases or blankets). The so-called air conditioning blew heat and it was so unbearably hot we had to sleep in the car.

The room was totally minimalistic, no tea towel for washing up bare minimal of anything in the kitchen, no jug, the worst cutlery and crockery. The power points were handing out the wall and there was only one part to the shower door so water went everywhere. When I arrived the floor was covered in sand. The beds for not proper beds only fold away's, and the pillows were not possible to sleep on. All in all a very bad experience and extremely noisy with drunks Germans.

The hotel was renovated 4 years ago, but as the guests were mainly young lads having a party (friday till 1 oclock and no one to stop them), the intentions to make a beautiful hotel did not succeed. The neighbourhood was poor and not renovated since the roaring sixties. Senior citizens like us should have chosen one of the beautiful sites on Mallorca.
