Reviews for Odalys Le Refuge Du Golf
Review 1:There was an unpleasant 'drainy' smell in the entrance and bathroom to our apartment. The wifi stopped functioning for the last 2 days. The foam mattresses are so hard and hot, not what you want when tired and aching after skiing.
Review 2:It was spacious and well laid out with lovely views. Having a bath with an endless supply of hot water was great.
Review 3:Pool and spa closed on Saturday for cleaning. Great it's cleaned - but not great if you are on a weekend stay!
Review 4:Very well appointed, comfortable appartment, unusually big for ski accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Saw other reviews complaining about distance to Flaine centre, but you can ski down a track to centre of Flaine from near the appartments and there is a quick, regular ski bus back until 6.30pm.

Review 6:WORSE BAD EVER SLEPT IN
Review 7:VIEWS
Review 8:The space felt crammed. Too few staff around. Not that clean.
Review 9:Great location, nice staff
Review 10:Nothing
Review 11:Facilities, location, private slope to the main ski tracks, staff, spa,... It was just perfect
Review 12:Charging for the jacuzzi :(
Review 13:The staff were extremely helpful. The restaurant was nice. Good amount of cooking equipment in the kitchen
Review 14:Not ski In, but good ski out. Some "hidden" costs like garbage fee... High spa prices.
Review 15:Magnificent view. Good staff in ski shop and service persons. One of the lady's in the reception was a bit unpolite...
Review 16:The last bus service from the centre of Flaine is 630pm, which limits ability for apres-ski. WiFi service very difficult to access at peak times. Access to ski room complex because we only had one key.
Review 17:Nice apartement, spacious and warm. Great bread and pastry service in the morning, small shop nearby, next to a nice restaurant bar.
Review 18:Bar lacks atmosphere and does not appear to be used by clients. When asked why they did not have a happy hour or offers to attract we were told they wanted families, but the place remained empty,it has not improved for the three years we have visited, a pity. We used the l'ancolie bar down the road, very nice. Wifi was very intermittent
Review 19:We'll appointed chalets. Bedrooms with en suite facilities and good social space for groups to enjoy. Easy to access the slopes across the road in the morning
Review 20:Spa area is small and booking only applies to use of 'either' jacuzzi, sauna or hamman. Bar / restaurant is rather soulless - we didn't use it at all.
Review 21:Lovely location although out of town (regular shuttle bus). Fantastic apartment & stunning views.
Review 22:The drawback is the distance to the ski slopes and/or shops down to Flaine. You will have to walk down a short steep road about 60 m. to the ski bus stop and up the same when you return. The class of people who come to Flaine to ski appear to be those on a budget - and scruffy and grapping. The sign posts on the piste is relatively poor, meaning tiny letters and point to skilift stations and tiny letters below that showing the piste you are on..
Review 23:This place is a new construction with good views over the valley. The management is helpful The appartment is clean and neat for our 1 week stay.
Review 24:There is no ski to door here which we usually go for. But it is a short bus ride to Flaine Foret. These run every 15 mins. But the service stops at 18.30 We travelled by car so not a problem to get to town at night.
Review 25:Very Nice detatched ski lodge type buildings. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment all with on-suite bathroom. More like a small house than the typical ski accomodation.
Review 26:We had a great week in Refuge de Golf. The apartments were very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful for our entire stay. I would recommend this resort.
Review 27:The restaurant could be a bit more homely, the bar could be more like a Pub separate from the restaurant, teh pool could be warmer , and the jacuzzi is too small or need more of them.
Review 28:The building as chalets were nice , the location and availability to ski from the hotel to the slopes. The friendly staff and the quality appartments including the garage. The bus availability and frequency.
Review 29:Location,location,location! if you have very young children like we have, it is not the easiest place to be. Bus service is so packed at the end of the day, you may have to wait for 2 or 3 buses before you can safely travel back up the mountain.
Review 30:Restaurant,apartment,staff.
Review 31:Paying for saunas or steam rooms, pool too small and cold.
Review 32:Nice Apartment and genrally clean and tidy. Free wi-fi
Review 33:No oven just a microwave and the most uncomfortable bed.
Review 34:The apartment was clean, the view was great.
