Review 3：Most of the staff were fantastic but check-out experience was a let-down. The staff member responsible for this tried to hand over an invoice which didn't add up, then didn't produce detail after request until pushed. Was a little shocked to get charged 75 euro for a bag of laundry and then not all clothes were returned, had to go and ask to find some missing jeans and got hope to realise other clothes weren't returned either.

Review 4：Just completed a two week business trip over several countries in Europe and this hotel was by a long way the best stay of the trip. Fantastic facilities, restaurant and staff. Will definitely return.

Review 14：We choose the hotel because we wanted to have a couple of rounds of golf. Finca Prats is not really my idea of a golf hotel, yes there is a golf course close by but the hotel does not really have any special arrangements with the golf club but the manager did sort something out for us when we brought the matter to his attention. The course itself is quite interesting and certainly worth playing.

Review 16：We loved this hotel, the spa and the restaurant. The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. We stayed there for two nights (that was the only problem) and it was not even necessary to leave the hotel, because we had everything we needed and more in there. We would definitely love to stay there again!

Beds extremely comfortable didn't want to get up :) Very good value for what you get. Amazing food in restaurant and excellent wine list. So good added one extra night to our tour for a second visit. Will be visiting again next year for a longer stay.

Review 20：It's almost impossible to reach, there are no signs or address which can be used on navi. Also once inside the resort, finding the reception is a nightmare. The Finnish Sauna in the SPA does not have the cold showers

Superb fresh flowers, the "Lolly bar" in the foyer ( best marshmallows ), excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast, super comfortable bed and great bathroom. Quick taxi ride to centre of town. Review 62：For excellent service and facilities, this hotel is hard to beat. All staff are helpful, friendly and most obliging. The rooms are large (especially the ground floor ones) and the welcoming bowl of fruit, toiletries and night time chocolate are symptomatic of the attention to detail in all aspects of this hotel. The spa is excellent -and often very quiet - with a large swimming pool, shoulder showers, 2 jacuzzi, steam room and sauna with an abundance of relaxing areas and massage options. The restaurant again is excellent with a good selection of high quality food and wine. A superb hotel.

Review 64：Hotel chose for location en route to Girona. Stay was quite an experience, hotel is more like a James Bond film set, than a standard hotel . Service was impressive and food superb, japanese toilet was a first (Dont ask) . Difficult place to find but good value. Did not use spar or golf facilities, but if hotel any guide ,they would be good.
