Review 1：Had reserved high floor , seaview , but was offered low floor , had to ask about high floor which they then changed for us , couldn't get wifi in room had to sit in reception to get wifi ,mini bar was 2 small bottles of water ,lock broken on balcony door , rail on balcony loose , wardrobe door stuck ,

Review 3：Not much. Although the pool water looked ok (clean), the pool walls (tiles) looked like they needed a good clean. Although reception staff were friendly and approachable, there was no info in rooms. Although the outside of the hotel looked well-maintained, the decore inside looked a bit worn in places which made the hotel look like a bit tired. All minor points that didn't spoil our stay at all!

Individual electric water heater in bathroom meant plenty of hot water ALWAYS!

Review 31：Shower could have been better. The bracket on which is was held only allowed for the water to flow directly down onto the taps, which meant the shower attachment had to be hand held for an effective shower.
Review 32：For us, this was the best hotel in San Jose. Right on the beach and close to good restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly. Swimming pool was delightful and kept very clean and there were sufficient sunbeds, both in the sun and in the shade. Free parking right beside the hotel. Bedroom was on the small side (room 103) but the bed itself was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size.

Review 37：I paid 95 euros for a night in a bedroom with two tiny beds. The door tothe balcony did not work. It stayed open and unsafe. The technicianfixed it but I was jailed after that as I couln´t even open the door orgo outside to enjoy the balcony. Breakfast was incredibly poor,artificial juice, not variety of bread , terrible fruit. It is not a 4star hotel at all!

Review 39：Poor breakfast. Although position to the beach was ok, it lacked charm and was totally out of place with surroundings. Pool just adequate but lounging area was too public. Not a four star establish!

Review 43：The hotel was in a superb position on the edge of a wonderful bay withgreat sands but the sea was rather cold compared to Costa Blanca wherewe live. There were tremendous winds whilst we were there but areunaware if this was normal. San Hose was a typical spanish seasideresort where little english is spoken. The hotel was a 4 star rating andlived up to this. The problems we encountered were, no key for the safeand this could not be located, the air conditioning was so noisy youcould not sleep with the noise and although they tried to mend it, itonly worked for a further 30 minutes, and the evening dinner. The menuwas only in spanish which could cause a lot of problems for anyone whocannot understand the language. The main meal was so small, it make uslaugh. We have never seen such small meals and have stayed at many 4star hotels, so this was a big minus point. The breakfast however wasvery good, but you had to ask the waiter for a cooked breakfast asalthough they provided them they were not advertised. We had no problemswith clean towels and the room was kept very clean. We stayed there 3nights. Overall we were very pleased with our choice, but as the hoteldid not provide any night life and there were none in San Hose we werequite pleased to go home.
