Review 1：The wifi could have been better. It was okay, but on my phone I lost connectivity enough times to feel annoyed about it.

Review 2：The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a good selection of hot and cold foods, including fruit. Because we came by car, the free outdoor parking lot and the location were good for us. We made good use of the Aldi grocery store next door. It's a short drive to the old town center, which is lovely to walk through. It's neither overwhelming nor crowded, unlike in many more famous cities. We had dinner at a nice, reasonably priced restaurant facing the palace across a park.

Review 3：- Backround noise all night long,something like a ventilator - Wifi code only usable for one device. When I tried to call to reception to get a solution, phone was not working.

Review 4：paid for an executive upgrade double for me and my husband, when i was ready for bed and tried to open up the quilt, i found it was only a single... too tired to dress and go back down, we made do. Was told in the morning that we had been put in a single room... our recompence... two vouchers for a coffee... to be used in any best Western in Germany within a year... and a full invoice for the double room.. and also the female bar tender was less than polite or interested in serving us... not a welcoming experience that we will be repeating..

Review 6：It was a bit expensive we thought, 100+ euro per night. we found equal accommodation throughout south and east Germany for 65-85 Euro per night, including breakfast. Perhaps the black forest is just more expensive.

Review 7：short walk to the train station, 20 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Grocery store right behind it! Complimentary printer, saved a bit of money with online rail tickets. Good selection of breads/cereals for breakfast.

Review 8：The location is very noisy, even on the back side of the hotel. During the night we had to sleep with the windows open because there was no AC. The KITCHEN IS EXTENDED TO THE PARKING LOT AND NOT NOISE ISOLATED. So we didn't sleep well at all and late evening and early morning you hear the kitchen rumbling. We slept at most 3 hours after a 9 hours trip on the same day. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to our friends.

Review 9：The room was ok given the fact we took a junior suite and clean.

Review 10：We had requested a room which catered for someone walking with a stick, therefore somewhat disabled, on checking in the receptionist offered us two single rooms with showers. Her attitude was rather off hand as if this mix up was our fault, which in no way it was given our booking request. The only double room available was not specifically designed for someone walking/showering impaired. However, we opted for the double (why would a disabled person who might need help in the night want to sleep in a room on their own!) The double room had a shower over the bath which we did manage to use, however not ideal. For a large hotel this was really not acceptable having been pre warned, via the Booking.com site, that disabled facilities were needed. The hotel needs to take notice of special disabled needs and provide these if it continues to advertises 'suitable for disabled guests'
