Review 1：Could have done with a kettle and tea towel. It would also have been helpful to have a map of the complex showing where the property was actually situated - we had to walk all the way round.
Review 2：The property was very clean and the furnishings were comfortable. The quality of the bed linen and towels was very good.
Review 3：We were promised to have a garden or pool view from the house, but that was not true. We only had a view to the parking lot.

Review 5：No Wifi, or any ability to connect to the internet. It is a blatant lie that the apartments "overlook the Pool or Garden", ALL the Otaka apartments are in a row & overlook the car parking area & the back of the apartments that do actually overlook the Garden/Pool. Only a few of the many apartments in this complex are owned by Otaka, the rest are individually owed (so it is not a full complex owned by Otaka). Reception is a drive away (LaLaguna Hotel) & when I asked questions (e.g. no WiFi) I was just told "we don't own the apartments we just take the money, they are owned by some Russian & come as they are...." "Luxury" is relative... for the area the apartment is quite nice (as there is a lot of not great apartments / villas for rent in this area & these are reasonably styled & clean). There is nothing in the apartment for when you arrive, no information, no soap, no drinking water, no dishwasher tablet, nothing, so go to the Supermarket before you arrive & try not to arrive in the evening when the shops are shut. Very very basic kitchen utensils available & very limited cutlery / crockery. Dangerous staircase for children under 4
Review 6：Furnishings are cheap but reasonably well styled. Pool area is good for kids. Gated complex so safe for kids to run around. Plenty of parking.
Review 7：No kettle, no tin opener, no chopping knives or chopping boards, no tea towels, washing machine un usable, no toaster, dangerous stairs for youngsters and hand rail was loose, front door lock kept sticking. All in all good luck if you need to cook a dinner.

Review 9：We felt that for a self catering apartment the kitchen equipment was limited only the basics. No laundry facilities , indoor seating pretty not practical. These apartments are expensive and would expect a bit more personal service. No orientation or transport provided from the Laguna hotel which could be difficult for people who do not know the area. A small welcome pack would be a nice touch.
