Review 1：The only negative for us was the quality of the coffee at breakfast: an option to get self-service ground coffee from a machine in the dining area would be a welcome improvement. The coffee as served in pots was really not nice. Most coffee-drinkers have coffee machines in their homes now, so your standard needs to meet this.

Review 3：Rooms were small with no a/c tv didn't have a propper signal and fridge didn't cool properly! After speaking with other holiday makers we found that we was by far over charged for this property (€4230 for a small dated room with half board .... Hotel price only ) to find people had paid €3000 for flights and all inclusive. Massive difference.

Review 8：We travel a lot, business and leisure, so we can compare. This hotel made it on our top 3 list in the world. Fantastic food, 6 course Christmas dinner. Room was perfect with a nice sea view as booked. On the 24th of December the waiter told us that they are nearly fully booked and that there are more than 1100 people on site. All well educated people from all around Europe; that’s the first time that we can state, there is hope for Europe! For the staff of the hotel we can only give 10 points, but they deserve 20!

The staff are very well organised and almost without exception very friendly and helpful. We hardly step out of the hotel as the facilities are so good.

I noticed from senior management it is a plus if you are German speaking. I felt their preferential guest profiles visiting would be from their own countries or neighbouring ones. English & Spanish also widely spoken. Other than that most of the other staff make you feel welcome and are very attentive.

Review 52：We loved the variety of food. The branded drinks available to all inclusive guests. The location, a very short walk (2 minutes) to the beach was the highlight. Rooms are spotless, as are public areas. Irina from St. Petersburg, Russia was particularly warm and very helpful. While at the pool bar ordering drinks, she said 'you are on Holidays, please sit down and I will bring your drinks to you'. Well done to all the bar and restaurant team for your very hard work and dedication. The team of chefs working front of House while cooking and serving delicious foods deserve a great deal of recognition. Really well done!

Review 53：A very minor problem for me was that it took me a couple of days to understand how the seating on the outdoor terrace worked, and navigating the immense buffet. But this was probably because I was on my own and was a bit self conscious. Otherwise, I have been gushing about my stay in this beautiful hotel to my friends and family since I returned.

Review 69：HIGHLY overcrowded, no sunbeds (yeah, I know, staff can help, but it is still too much hassle). Other EXTREMELY annoying thing was hotel maintenance jobs. Every day for many hours it was very loud as they decided to drill something. Very loud sounds of construction jobs. It was possible to hear it on whole hotel area. It totally ruined the stay.

Review 87：The location of the hotel is on the beach front. Our room faced the sea and the views were spectacular! We were on the second floor and I would pay the extra for the view as it's worth every penny! Food was incredible, a gastronomic feast with a different theme each night and a vast array of choice. Plenty fish, meat and vegi options. They cook the fish and meat in front of you upon your request and you can have as much or little as you like. We were all inclusive and so made the most of that!! All of the beverages were strong and not made up with cheap watered down alcohols which I have witnessed being used in other all inclusive hotels. Couple of cocktails and you're well on your way!! There's plenty to do, from crazy golf to games to spa facilities. The beaches here are plentiful and empty so you can walk for miles on the coast or hire a peddle car for a few euros

We went to the kiosk at 6.00 to return the towels and the girl there gave us 2 vouchers to bring to reception for a refund, but we were informed the €20.00 was deducted from our bill, but we have discovered on checking our bill on our return to Ireland that this was not the case and are more than disappointed that no refund was made for the towels.

Review 113：Very comfortable , clean room with lots of storage. Our room had a spacious terrace overlooking the pool . My parents had an accessible room next door which was suitable for my father's needs as a wheelchair user . This room and other accessible rooms were in close proximity to the pool and restaurant. Facilities for disabled guests were about the best we have experienced . The food choice was huge and the quality superb. The hotel was very busy but none of the facilities or services were compromised as a result. The hotel is a few minutes by taxi ( less than 10 euros ) from the airport. Lovely , large warm pool and large refreshing pool. The spa treatments were lovely. There is a laundrette ( free to use including detergent )! The entertainment was above average and there is a relaxing piano bar for those who prefer something more casual. An exceptional all inclusive holiday for our party aged 17- 90 years.

Review 114：Our kids (aged 2 & 4) really enjoyed the mini disco but a greater variety of songs is needed. Even they commented that the songs were the same every night! The bedroom decor was a bit dated & we would have preferred a proper double bed in our family room instead of 2 singles pushed together.

Location is unbelievably accessible from the airport & there is a bus stop just outside the front of the hotel if you wish to use the very efficient Lanzarote bus service. The back door gives access to the promenade which has pleasant coastal walks in both directions.
