Review 1：The owner was very friendly and helpful. There's a restaurant at the hotel which is very nice and not expensive. The room was clean and nice-looking. We had a room with a balcony with the Monastery Guadalupe view, which was amazing.

Review 4：The location, the excellent bar attached to the hostal, the off-street parking which is kept very affordable (although free parking exists on the edge of the old town seven minutes walk away). Modern facilities in old world charm: excellent.
Review 5：Guadelupe is a town I have visted before and its always been busy and buzzing so had to move on and find accommodation elsewhere - early November it's a different matter, bitterly cold wind & rain, and a near deserted town was far less attractive than on a busy summers day! The hostel itself is OK and serves the purpose of a bed for the night but I can think of nothing to recommend it above any other. Maybe if they turned the heating on it would be a more welcoming environment!
Review 6：Enthusiastic welcome from all but one member of staff who seemed to resent our presence! Greatly appreciated secure (and free) garaging offered for our motorcyles on a very stormy night. Nice simple traditional local food with generous helpings in the large (deserted and cold) restaurant opening at 8pm - early by inland Spain tradition.
Review 7：We requested double size bed in our booking but we got two single beds instead. Only one set of shower gel provided.
