Review 1：There are clubs nearby and drunk people were shouting and fighting each other at 3-4 am. The doors and windows are not protecting from noise. The food is so-so. The same stuff every day and sometimes not fresh. Do not stay here longer than 5-6 days.

Review 2：I had a terrible experience with two of the reception staff. The door key system is very outdated and a pain in that it deactivates frequently so you have to make countless trips to the reception. I had made about 7-8 trips over a few days when I revealed my frustration with the system to one of the evening male receptionists. He was very defensive and arrogant, telling me that if I want a better door system I should be prepared to pay more money. This is supposed to be a 3 star hotel in 21st century. He took my complaint personal and started using threatening body language and said " I was getting in his personal space".On separate occasion, I reported to the staff that someone was stuck behind a door next to an elevator and calling for help. The response was one of why and who rather than head straight up to the 7th floor to help a desperate guest, there was no sense of urgency.The standard of rooms was unbelievably poor for a 3 star hotel, the beds are just like university or dormitory beds with no comfort whatsoever. Plain rooms and uncomfortable beds is an understatement.(We did not expect 5 star rooms or beds but at least a 3 star quality because that's what we paid for).The TVs in the rooms do not work so the hotel should not mislead people.The round restaurant tables are so small and only suitable for 2 to 3 people. We are a family of 5 and had to be squashed on these tables.Emergency response was poor-on the last day there was a fire alarm around 6am. People were terrified, got out their rooms in panic from upper floors etc. There was no one managing the incident so confusion was everywhere. People converged outside only to be told by night staff that there was no fire but just an alarm triggered by smoking. The rest of the people who were still streaming down stairs depended on other people to hear everything was fine.

Review 3：The only thing that we liked about this hotel is its proximity to the beach and transport network. However it's not the only hotel that offers same benefits in the area. The breakfast and dinner were of reasonable standard. The housekeeping staff do a sterling cleaning job and they are very nice and welcoming. The Mediterranean food was ok.

If you have room on opposite side - don't be happy as well - you will get noise from opposite hotel - only benefit - they do not party every night... Towels despite changed every day - not always was tidy; It was informed that there is free WIFI - please note - NO free wifi anywhere - even for check in for floght - you have to use PC's at lounge, where you have to pay - ok - it is not much, but still makes you angry, when it was posted abt. free wifi.

Review 19：Hotel free parking space is limited (but most hotels here have no parking at all) so at peak season you will have to park a 5 -10 minute walk from the hotel, but not really a negative.

Review 20：Location is great, near to everything, beach, shops etc. Great service from friendly staff, always go out of their way to help. Rooms serviced, clean towels, beds made every day. Great room (311) balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view. We went B&B, so can't comment on all inclusive, but there was plenty of choice for breakfast.

Review 21：The room was too noisy - we wouldn't book another room on this hotel ever and we were very upset that we ignored the other complains on this topic - we thought we could handle it, but it was out of our imagination. After the first night, when we could hear our neighbors from both left and right sides, and any sound coming from outside, we were waiting to leave the hotel as soon as possible. We were lucky that we booked the room for only two days; if it was longer stay, we would have moved to another hotel. In addition, the guy from reception from our first night was very rude when we asked about packing - we are really sorry, Mister, that we bother you to open the gate when we were clients in the hotel where you work. :D He mumbled several Spanish words that the car packing was full - we wish we could share photos we made in that night from our room - with a view to packing, where there was space enough for several cars. However, we had to park our car somewhere else. In conclusion, we would not book a room again in this hotel, and we wish we would not have paid attention to the discount of around 20-30 euro comparing with other hotels from neighborhood and chose a better hotel. We think that reviews from other websites on this hotel can be also of use, and we wish we would have considered the review saying that 'you have what you pay for' - which is somewhat realistic because anyway, it was too much expensive that what we actually had.

Review 23：The rooms were a little on the small side with basic furnishings and poor sound-proofing. The corridors and stairways are marble, therefore rather noisy in these areas, as you could hear people walking, talking, slamming doors etc from inside the rooms. Those coming in late at night usually woke us up due to general noise in corridors.

Review 24：The location was excellent - right in the middle between Malgrat de Mar and Santa Susanna right opposite beach, therefore giving more choice with places to eat, drink, shopping etc. The pool area is very nice with palm trees giving a tropical oasis feel - main pool with water sprayers up one end, and jacuzzi bubbles up the other end, and a separate small rock pool and stream with bridge over for the toddlers. Lots of free family entertainment on site. Excellent, would recommend.

Review 39：Reymar is located between Santa Susana / Malgret de Mar on Passeig Maritim, which is the road along the beach that is very easy to locate. Reymar has big displays and is therefore easy to find. The room is standard quality with a balcony facing the sea and good sound protection from the neighbours. There is a public area with swimming pool and a huge bar and restaurant with good live music at night. WIFI is free in the bar although WIFI must be purchased extra in the room. There is free parking in an area owned by the hotel.

Review 49：- man on reception was not actually working there, didn't know anything about the hotel and didn't speak English (although tried to help us as much as he could) - Very noisy. Parties of drunk tourists at the bar were heard even upstairs - public WiFi was working (very slow) only at the bar in limited area and was switched off at midnight - very poor breakfast (comparing with less touristic regions) + we had to wait till got a table

Review 51：- blankets smell rottenness / mould and then same became all clothes in the wardrobe - queue to the bar in the breakfast time - poor breakfast, like in hostels, juice like artificial, even water from machine smells chlorine, I preferred to bring own water - access to beach only through the tunnel, as there is a train line dividing the hotel from the beach - balcony windows on the corners of hotel must be all the time covered cause neighbors can see everything inside - no email contact before arriving, I had questions about served food and I sent 2 e-mails but never got answers - smell in toilet close to reception, downstairs

Review 52：- excellent staff, friendly and helpfull, regards for Mustapha speaking 15 languages, even polish! - swimming pool in front of building - air conditioning in the room, you can set up temperatures as you wish - great that the parking in free by the hotel - cheap full board service (cost 50 euro for a couple for 4 days) - for this price I would go again (if nothing comparable is available) - location in the center of the touristic place

Review 53：I booked a double room and was given a room with 3 small single beds,We had to queue for a long time to be seated for breakfast.Our room overlooked a dustbin yard,the street outside was very noisy until approx 4am.Very small lifts,only 4 persons.
