Review 1：Half board does not include soft drinks at meals, I was charged 1.80e for a small coke yet it's only 1.80e for a pint in the main bar. And the waitress never offered a receipt. Dodgy.

Review 11：Couldn't access the pool any morning until 10am which I thought was a joke! No air conditioning and window in bathroom broken! Way too many cats they were EVERYWHERE! Beds ridiculously uncomfortable! Didn't get a full night sleep any night in the 7 nights between the heat and the beds were just horrible! Too many children even in September when I thought they would be back in school ! For the money was not pleased.

Review 12：The room was very shabby and in great need of refurbishment. Two of the cupboard doors were falling off their hinges and the bath featured a nasty brown stain.After our first full day on the island we returned to our room to find the beds had not been made and it had not been cleaned, when we queried this at reception we were told there is no cleaning service on Fridays and Wednesdays. I have never stayed somewhere where the room is not cleaned every day, I found this very strange.Another disappointment was the lack of air-conditioning in the room. Lanzarote is very hot in mid-August and, with not even so much as a ceiling fan to cool us down, we were forced to keep the front and balcony doors open a lot of the time just to bring the temperature down (not great when you want some privacy!). During the night we slept with the balcony door open but it was still uncomfortably hot in the room.On two occasions the water was turned off on the complex for maintenance. The first just lasted a few minutes, however on the second occasion we had no water for over two hours if not longer. From waking up at 7am and not being able to flush the toilet, I phoned reception at 7:30 and was told it would be on in half an hour. After eating breakfast and checking back with reception at 8am we were told it would be another hour! We did not have time to wait as we were planning on heading out to the Montañas del Fuego early to avoid queues so were left with no option but to clean ourselves with baby wipes (thank goodness for the shop on site!).As the week progressed we began to notice more issues with the hotel complex. When getting up in the morning for breakfast there would often be rubbish over the floors in public areas and the bins would be overflowing, I assume this was from the previous evening's entertainment but not acceptable in my opinion.

Review 13：The apartments are in a great location with the seafront being within easy reach and Old Town Puerto del Carmen is walk-able within a couple of hours. The staff are friendly and there is also a handy shop on site stocking anything you may need.

Review 14：Hotel's territory is dirty. Lack of rubbish bins and ashtreys makes the situation worse. If you are a smoker - let the God help you in finding an ashtrey!Sunbeds are reserved at the early morning despite the signs not to do so - adminsitration dont pay attention to that.Room was ok, spacious, bright but havent seen paint in years. Furniture was in really bad condition. Kitchen tools were dirty, toaster broken. We got a room thats right above the main restaurant, its was getting really noisy and irritating at the evenings.Housekeeping uhmmm... There was no housekeeping at all. Got our room cleaned only the third day after we arrived. Cleaning was not succesful - toiletries were not replaced, sheets not changed, floor was not mopped in general they just gave us clean towels. After a complaining at the reception about no toiletries they brought a new ones but the next day we found no toiletries at all. We just gave up... Sheets were changed only once during our stay.Catering is awful as well. There are only four staff members working in the restaurant and serving the tables. So don't expect excellent service - because they just cannot make all the tables ready on time. Maybe thats why they are always rude and look tired. Management should think about that seriously.Food is a no no. It has not a large variety. Everything is very salty. I mean, every single dish. Hire another cheff, please. Be prepared to eat only vegies. And don't eat fruit salad! Just don't!Dress code during the dinner time is not obbeyed at all. We even felt uncomfortable when the rest of guest were in shorts and flip flops... Manager at the entrance seemed to be OK to let them in dressed like that.All strong drinks are mixed with water. Don't believe me? Ask for a glass of brandy at the bar. My mouthwash is stronger than this "drink". There is a huge line at the bar on evenings.

Review 16：130 teenagers running riot 3-30 am to 4-30 am banging on doors ringing door bells trying to gain entrance to one and others rooms.we had three nights with very little sleep . the hotel does not seem to have a policy to deal with this problem except to ask ME to change room why me, I have done nothing wrong

Review 24：The night service in the Entertainment lounge was awful. The barman was ignorant and NEVER ever smiled or had a curtious word. He could not serve your requested drink. On 2 occasions we asked for white wine and he gave us red. When we asked again for white he said he did not have white wine. A JOKE !!!! The measures of vodka and gin were so small a child could drink them. All in all a terrible experience.

The bedroom of 507 is next to the kitchen aspirador so it makes noise from 7am until 10pm, practically impossible to sleep. Hotel is far away from the city, this should be better communicated on the website of the hotel.

Review 33：5 minute walk to beach but have to go back up hill to apartments, liked the shops, loved the cats!! Supermarket onsite but a bit pricey, entertainment was good. Taxis and buses come right outside, not far from airport , can't really hear the planes. Wifi was cheap daily but don't think should have to pay seeing as was all inclusive and was quite slow.

Review 35：Room need to be refurbish, we had broken kettle and cabinet door,clogged toilet was fixed after a day. There was one bar open next toswimming pool, but not ours, so we walk to have some drink and queue wasannoying all day long. The worst think was evening events- entertaitmentteam should be immediately replaced! Boring, boring, boring!

Review 36：I'd like food, was delicius, everyday diferent, with many choices-staff was very nice, two clean swimming pools, room was clean. Veryquiet place. Close to the beach, taxi just next to hotel, we paid 6 euroonly to get to Puerto Del Carmen.

Review 37：Hotel rooms decor and furniture was tired and dated. Chair falling apart cushion covers torn. Hair dryer without hose attachment and jaquozi bath that could only be used as a shower. Lots of cats about if you don't mind them.

Review 39：Silly this .....the faulty mastic /grouting around bathroom .The attention to detail of painting interior and exterior of units . What realy annoyed was that I requested poolside loungers to be on balcony for my wife and myself,as previous stay .Never a comment.Never happened.

Review 73：The apartments are dated. Beds were so uncomfortable and old. Apartment decor in general needs a complete replacement. Sofa was old & ripped, bathroom had no shower is was a tub with wall & floor mirrors which seemed like something from the seventies! Floor wasn't cleaned regularly & bed linen hadn't been changed for a week.

Review 77：Well worth the money, the rooms were clean with towels replaced daily and cleaned on a regular basis and for location if you want a quite relaxing holiday this is the place to be. Review 79：I had a sea view from a sunny balcony which i asked for and was sheltered from the worst of the wind it had a small supermarket on site and cleaning was done five days a week there was a roof terrace on the next level with great views and planespotting.The lower level pool was sunny and sheltered although smaller than upper level one.It was also a 5 to 10 minute walk to main centre but slight uphill climb back.

Review 80：The swimming pool was unheated and absolutely freezing, so it was too cold to swim. Apartment was very cold at night. No insulation or heating, so needed to have a hot water bottle in bed and wear a jumper! Having to pay extra for wi-fi. Poor lighting on the paths at night. The staff seemed inefficent and took too long to check guests in.

Review 81：The location. Not far from the beach. Plenty of peace and quiet, especially at night. Bed was comfortable. Cleaners were thorough. My balcony was great because it got a lot of sun. Resort is value for money. The onsite shop was open until 10pm. All the friendly cats that live in the resort.

Review 82：Definitely will stay here if we go back to Lanzarote!! Facilities were amazing! Felt like a luxury home away from home and the staff was very kind and helpful with any questions that were asked! Short walk to the beach and in a very nice area of town. Only about a €5 taxi ride to downtown or about a 20-30 minute walk. Loved this place!

The all inclusive variety was extensive and the best wehad experienced for such a low cost, great value for money. We werereally impressed to see staff eating in the restaurant and the managermade herself accessable to the holiday makers checking daily on thequality and appearance of the food, the choice varied we had nocomplaints whatsoever. The complex was clean and was constantly beingmaintained, if we got this standard of hotel on every holiday we wouldbe over the moon.

Thanks to each and everyone of them.Our apartment was bright and spacious. It had a kettle,toaster,fridge and tv.. We didnt need any of these as we were allinclusive.The bathroom was big and the apartments were cleaned reguarly.The food was excellent with a variety of dishes to suit everyone. Thefacility at the pool side bar for snacks was excellent with a variety ofthings such as sandwiches which you could toast as well as burgers,chips.There was a washing machine and dryer room which is great forpeople who are travelling with the dreaded ryanair. There is wifi in thereception area of the hotel which I 1€ per hour. A taxi to centre ofPuerto del Carmen was about 5€. We will definately be back.
