Review 1：Hotels personnel was really kind, did not complicate with anything, although we had some special requests. The room was the size we were expecting, really nice looking (at least for us), especially the bathroom. At our arrival everything was clean. Nothing bad to say to be honest. Would recommend!

Review 2：As we arrived there was a strong smell in the bathroom: the shower cabin was a bit mouldy. Otherwise the room was clean. TV had less than 10 not fully funcioning programmes, but we didn`t mind because we didn`t need it.

Review 3：Good location (not beautiful, but near the train station and 10-15 min walk to the strict city centre) and free parking. Breakfast was rich and the interior in the dining room is impressive! The room was little but okay, not located to the main street, so there was no noise.

Review 6：In the first room I was assigned, the shower door had broken off its tracks and the bathroom had no bar for the towels.. In the second room, one of the bathroom lights kept flickering on and off. After two attempts to repair the problem, the flicker persisted. The hotel manager stated that the problem was unfixable. Judging by the watered fruit juice and poor selection of breakfast food, it appeared that the hotel was having a cash flow problem. The dead of winter may be a problem at this hotel.

Review 7：The closeness of the train station and the friendliness of the staff made the stay enjoyable. The off-peak cost of my 10 day stay made it very affordable.

Review 8：受付の態度。予約確認書(Wallet on iOS)について全く知らなかった。見せたら「そんなのエエから予約はあるの？」と聞かれた。暖房がほぼ効かない。ベッドが短い。硬い。 Especially the attitude at reception was quite bad. I showed my reservation confirmation on Wallet (on iOS), then she said "I don't care such thing. Do you have reservation?". Oil heating in room was mostly unavailable. It could not become warm. Bed is short and hard.

Review 29：I arrived on a hot summer evening after a longer journey and their water heating system broke down. The receptionist told me every half hour that it would be repaired soon, but nothing happened until 1.30 a.m.! Also, I had two different reservation on the same name and the receptionist persuaded me that there was only one reservation in the system. It was only after a hassle and me bringing the confirmation that she found the second reservation in the system. Breakfast is served in a kind of dark cellar, with a dark and old interior with bad ventilation (bad smell!)...I would never have breakfast there again. Coffee and juice were bad (no real juice), the food in general was acceptable..

Review 37：Noisy outside. My windows faced the backyard and still I was woken daily at 7am by construction works. On the other side of the hotel there's a busy highway so I guess it's even noisier. Plus even though the hotel has lots of pluses I still think it's overpriced.

Review 38：The hotel is just couple of minutes way fro the train station and 15-20 mins walk from the sights. Looks very modern and stylish. The room was cozy and clean. The shower and bathroom were clinically clean, probably the cleanes I've ever seen at any hotel. Very modern and state of the art too. The breakfast was great - all you need. No deserts but a good choice of fruit. The bar in the lobby works till late.

Review 55：I got what I asked for - a quiet room with a view. Room 317 has a sweet little balcony from which one can see the Cathedral lit up at night. The bed is very comfortable, the room clean, the bathroom large, the wifi free and the breakfast is abundant if uninspired. The decor is a funny sort of "museum of bad art" but the building is gracious. An altogether positive experience.

Bed was very comfy, good room size and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was located on the lower ground floor and had a good selection of cold food with the obligatory sausage in the food warmers. There were about 10 car parking spaces at the hotel with more spaces available in a car park only 1 min walk away.

Review 62：Helpful staff. When I asked for hot water for medicine, she immediately helped me with warm water and also with a spoon. She is very is observant. When I asked her to information to walk around the town, she is also very helpful to explain the details to me. I'm really appreciate for her hospitality.

Review 63：I just wanted two things, quiet and non smoke room and the result? I could not sleep because of noise from the street and industry press machine working thru the night and cigarette smoke coming from the hotel hall. In the morning I was tired more than I came to the hotel. Never ever, no more...try to find better one. Good luck!

Review 64：I asked for 2 beds, as I was traveling with my son. When we checked in they said , because of space they did not have it. When we got to the room they gave us it looked as if someone else had been there for a bit as we found dirty towels, an empty water bottle and only one blanket and pillow on the bed.

Review 70：5 mins walk from Graz railway station. The receptionist was very friendly, The room was clean and tidy. The wifi worked ok and there were plenty of power points. Breakfast was from 07.30-09.30 but I got there at 08.45 and most of it had gone. I would stay again but get to breakfast much earlier

Review 77：The room was dirty and atrocious. There was a leak in the shower and the bath room was full of water (even before we actually entered the room and started using it). Also, the radiator was malfunctioning and making horrible noises during the night. Eventually we had to switch it off, choosing to sleep in a cold room rather than having no sleep at all. The staff wasn't helpful.

Review 78：The bed was very old, uncomfortable and noisy. Room was too cold. Nobody took care of breakfast, one hour before ending there was almost nothing too eat and no more cups. Totaly not worth 50 euros per one night.

Review 84：The shower has no soap! The twin bad was making noise for the slightest move. The first room we were offered was smelling smoke even though it is a non smoking hotel. The breakfast was basic.

Review 111：- due to road work with noisy machines at 2 am, it was impossible to sleep during the first night of our stay (- no remote controller for TV set in the room and they could not provide one at the reception - not really important) - providing breakfast is finished relatively early: 9:30h - at 9:00h there was hardly any food left for breakfast, not a single slice of bread, NOTHING (it seemed that there should have been quite a wide selection of everything but we could not enjoy it neither of the two mornings we spent there)

There was a space between bottom part of the door and the frame, so you could hear everything happening in the corridor (doors banging, people talking). Lightning in bathroom was quite poor.
