Review 2：This hotel has everything. Quality, spacious room, with a super bed. Balcony overlooking the pool. Spa facilities on site ( although you have to pay to use the indoor pool) the outside pool wasn't open during the Christmas period. But the area is well maintained There is a large open free car park opposite the hotel. The barman was great. Made everyone feel welcome, and even played the piano.

Review 3：What was disappointing as we were checking out we were given a 10% discount voucher for facilities, good etc. which expired end of December. We checked out on the 15th! Would have been nice to receive this when we checked in! Hotel says they will honour it when we return though.

Review 5：Breakfast cost 15 €. You need to pay extra for spa it was not included in my room rate. Mini bar use cost 5€ . I've booked a twin room but when i asked receptionist for queen size she said it cost 30€ extra for uprade the room. 4 star hotel should have normal room with queen size bad. No coffe or tea facilites in room. No bathrobe. In room there is central heating and it was to hot.

Review 10：1. Unfortunately the hairdryer in my room was faulty (kept switching on and off). I reported it twice and someone came to look at it whilst we were out and I was told it was because it was getting overheated. However, this was not the case as the dryer switched off after a minute depending on which way it was tipped. I was concerned about the safety as it was faulty. 2. Also I had a fitted mattress protector and fitted sheet on my bed which were hardly big enough so once you rolled over or got in and out during the night, the sheets came off the top of the bed and I spent a couple of uncomfortable nights laying on a screwed up protector and sheet. Once I reported it, the sheet was changed for a larger, flat sheet which improved things, but the mattress protector was left on and not being big enough, still came off during the night under the sheet - again not comfortable. 3. Although the quality of the food for breakfast and in the restaurant was excellent as usual, it was obvious the fresh orange juice supplied with breakfast had been watered down. Just little niggles and wont stop us going again!

Review 11：This was our 4th stay here and as usual the Hotel and staff were excellent. We were recognised by several staff and welcomed as family. In particular the restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and chatty and all the staff were very helpful.

Review 15：We would have liked a first floor room with a balcony which we have had in the past. Our room was on ground floor with thick metal doors somewhat like a prison cell.We lived in Spain for two years and are fully aware of thw crime. Infact after two robberies we decided to return to the UK. Vut enjoy go back for holidays. Surely something else could be done to secure the doors.Shound have had two chairs in room and a mirror on one of the surfaces to apply makeup do hair etc when my partner was using the shower mirror was steamed up after that. Although there was a long mirror in the room l like to sit in front of a mirrored surface to make up.

Review 16：The hotel in general is well designed, maintained,staff very helpfull. Especially the bar person Neno who is friendly,polite,and entertaining.An asset to the hotel. We were able to pay a fee in order to keep the room until 6pm as we had a late flight. The pool is lovely but l think the weather clouded the water somewhat. This is our third stay at the hotel.

Review 28：Asked gor lower floor given upper on arrival but they did recify straight away rooms disappointing for speciality and shower gel useless as shampoo. Lots of mosquitoes got badly bitten in room. Had asked on both booking and in restaurant if there was anything they could do to help make a birthdau special wasn't expecting much which was good as nothing was offered. Spa had to be booked and was full.

Review 32：Had a three course meal in restaurant on my birthday was slightly disappointed not by the quality of produce but felt the chef had gone overboard i.e, artichoke with seabass and Mediterranean vegetables. Plus left the heat on too long to caramelise the pudding. Picky I know.

Review 33：Pool was located to catch the best of the sun, good size with jacuzzi feature. Covered area to sit and eat breakfast with the feel of alfresco and views over the pool. Rooms a good size with the right fixtures to cater for your stay i.e. Fridge.

Review 34：For the first couple of days we were there we had a lovely time around the pool. On the 3rd day a lifeguard appeared and was quite rude to children and shouted across the pool to make sure that you showered before you went in. If they provided another shower on the other side of the pool, people wouldn't just get in the pool. There was a sign by the bar but it was covered up by green foliage.

Review 35：When walking into the hotel the receptionist (a man) was very charming! he offered us a choice of 3 rooms so we picked the ground floor with easy access to the swimming pool. It was lovely. We even had our own little patio. Breakfast was buffet and there were lots of choices from hot to cold. The swimming pool was lovely although you have to put towels on the sun beds before breakfast as you would never get one! A few restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat in the hotel. If you get an opportunity to try out the spa then I would say that it's a must.

I needed to purchase a bottle of water and the breakfast area got one for me after a 20 minute wait and the water was hot. They should have a stock in the fridge since there is no shop close by.

Review 50：Breakfast is over-priced especially as there are cafes nearby offering the same for less. This trip, as it was in the summer, meant we could enjoy the pool, however, the pool is only available from 11am to accommodate one shift for the pool attendant. Having made it there on one day, the pool surface was covered in dead flies. Not inviting to any would-be bathers!

The continental alternatives were a little boring and the coffee terrible! We bought a cheap (10Euro/£8) kettle from a local shop and made our own tea/coffee. Mini bar big enough for milk.. The spa was very good, but a bit surprised that as residents we had to pay extra for it. Pool and area superb and free.. Village is about a 15 minute walk, but some shops and restaurants right next to hotel so consider hire car for beach trips.

Review 99：La Laguna proved to be a delightful stay. Lovely room with very comfortable beds. The bar and pool areas were lovely places to relax and the Spa facility very enjoyable. The location is excellent, but a drive from the beach, which were knew and so not a problem. We did not eat dinner in the hotel as all the restaurants close to the hotel were superb.

Review 100：As this visit was unexpected we could have done with toothbrush and toothpaste available in the bathroom. The soap gel-shampoo dispencer in shower area did not dispense very well., but overall a great place to stay.

The hotel is located in a residential area and there was not much within walking distance - only a couple of bars and one or two restaurant/cafés. This was ok for a quiet wknd, but if you are looking for more activity locally you will need to arrange transportation into nearby towns.

Review 107：I have stayed at this hotel before and if you need to be in this area then it is a good choice. Staff were friendly. Pool spa and bar facilities are relaxing. There are a few bars and places to eat next to the hotel but a car is really recommended.

Her attitude made us feel that we were being a nuisance.

Review 114：We booked room only, but decided in the morning to opt for breakfast. The breakfast buffet choices and quality were not great, and we were charged 36 euros for what little we did eat as 2 adults and 1 child, which seemed like a lot for what it was.

The room was very comfortable (junior suite) and ideal for a family with two small children. The pool area was excellent, and although we didn't get the opportunity to use it as only staying for one night, the spa looked very nice too.

The lady at reception was quite rude , then eventually with no apology we were taken to our room to two single beds!!!! Then at breakfast after taking a seat we were told AGAIN!!!!! That we were not booked in and were marched to reception!!! It was very stressfull instead of relaxing !!! This experience is not exceptable!! We had asked for a room with a view of pool and instead we were put at the very farest room near a busy road, I had mentioned when booking that we were newly engaged but I felt that none of our needs were met!!! A very poor over all costomer service
