Review 1：Lack of staff due to winter months and main Hotel and facilities closed, no reception staff had to ring a mobile number to get someone to the hotel.

Review 3：No one to be seen through the whole stay, no life, no entertainment. I chose this hotel because of the gym and the gym was closed the whole time, very disappointed with this, felt I had been mislaid
