Review 1：The room was really, really cold and the AC made a terrible noise. The toilet kept running all the time. The breakfast started at 9 and at 9.15 they had already run out of food (at least I didn't see anyone bring more food)

Review 5：very central location, nice historical building, the staff was very helpful, we had a room with a shower inside the room (not in a separate room) but that wasn´t any issue for us. Highly recommending this place.

Review 7：lovely place, especially roof terrace - nice guy at reception. Very happy to have no staff in this building - system works v well - he came over and did breakfast in morning - didn't need him there in evening - he was only a phone call/200m away anyway
Review 8：The rate for one night in summer is very high. Our airconditioning was leaking. Every single minute a drup of water was falling into a bowl of water. There is a orange emercency light that is very bright in the room above the door, so the room is not dark at all. The room is a little moist because there is no ventilation/extraction above the shower.
Review 9：The location, the staff and the building are very nice and we really appriciated the free coffee, the snacks and the water. Begur is a very lovely little town and we really want to come back.......

Review 11：the Hotel has recently been bought by a small group based in Begur - this can sometimes make a boutique hotel a little formularised - in the case of Hanoi it has just improved - such a lovely little spot - cool and stylish - comfy and excellent wifi - which is really important for us

Review 15：We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful. Specail attention has been paid to every single detail, from the personal welcoming note on our bed to, well, everything else. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast is fantastic, lovely home away from home feeling.
