Review 1：Located within easy walking distance of the train station and the main shopping area. A bit further from the boat landings but still walkable. Nice room. Quiet location.
Review 2：Walls and doors are too thin, cleaners banging doors and vaccuming early in the morning make it impossible to sleep... your fellow neighbors are also not courteous at all and cause the same amount of noise and it's not their fault that the hotel walls are that thin.... the hotel is clean but amenities are old.

Review 4：Most of the staff were OK but kind of detached, but that seems to be normal in Austria (with the exception of Turkish, Italian, Chinese and other "non-Austrian" restaurants - there you're likely to meet very friendly staff).

Review 29：Interior looks like it hasn't been refurbished ever. That's especially true about the bath room. Light from the hallway was shining trough the closed door. The corridor stinks! There were hair on the fresh unused bedsheets already. After the cleaner's visit, there was only one tiny shampoo pack in the bathroom for a two person room. I had to run after her and get another one before she exits the hall! The overall impression is, that this must be the worst hotel in the area.

Review 33：Bathroom fittings needed maintenance and were hanging off the wall. A spider was discovered after walking into it. Lots of small insects were caught in the spider webs near the windows.
Review 34：The hotel staff made provisions for me to check-in through the night entrance after the reception was closed, although my bicycle had to be locked outside as the cellar was closed at this time. Bed was comfortable.

Review 36：Even though the price is competitive, the lack of breakfast included(without any coffee shop nearby) and the internet available only in thelobby were my two biggest issues. Additionaly the rooms aren't wellsound proofed, you'll hear your neighbours conversations and television,and if the night is clear too much brightness enters the room.
Review 37：It was comfortable and clean. The hotel is nicely situated, just fiveminutes away from the trainceter, the city center and 15 minutes to theuniversity.
Review 38：While the staff was friendly, some were not at all knowledgeable about the area, or tourist things. They were also super busy when I really needed help getting details on getting to to Melk, so I missed my train, and lost about 2 hours - which I would have used to visit another town, and had to skip. Not a huge deal, but a bit frustrating.
Review 39：Before my arrival, I'd emailed the hotel to explain there was a chance a friend might be meeting me, but would not know until the last minute, so they put me in a double and said they'd just charge for a single if I ended up being alone. I'm not sure if all the rooms were for 2 (my friend cold not make it - which I'd let them know, a few days before my arrival.) The room was nice, and fully equipped. The breakfast buffet was pretty extensive. While I did not use it, there was a bar in the lobby. I think there was a large tour group while I was there, so it was busy (although much older crowd than I wanted to hang out with.) The location is decent. It is about a 10 minute walk to the train/bus station, and there are other bus pick up stops close by. I also had about a 10-15 minute walk to the dock where the Danube boats depart from. It is also interesting because it is about the middle between the two old towns of Krems & Stein and museums and the few sites there are to see. Overall I'd consider it a fairly nice budget option.
