Review 1：The only bad thing was the night time entertainment it was shocking , especially when Alcudia has so many good entertainers doing the rounds . I think Joe Biddle , Jill Cole Ian miles and the comrades would all rock the place up

Review 3：Limited choice of drinks in the buffet restaurant (only beer/wine/soft drinks) which was a bit of a let down if you wanted a G&T for example. More choice for the kids meals as it was the same menu in all restaurants. Not a lot of evening entertainment Oct time with it all ending around 930pm, lights on bright and music off. Considering there was only around 100 people in the hotel max is kind of expected. Also indoor kids pool could be bigger esp for colder days.

Review 4：The hotel was fabulous and the staff couldn't do more for you. Upgraded to a room with a roof terrace with jacuzzi which made the holiday, considering the pools were freezing being October time. Good kids play area and choice of pools.

Review 6：We liked everything but I would suggest a waiter service system by the pool areas as when you are relaxing by the pools it's quite a hike to the bar to get a drink, I was with a party of 10 , we would have all ordered a continuous supply of cocktails all afternoon which would have come to a considerable amount of money so the hotel is definitely missing a trick there.

Review 7：Helpfull staff, bright airy hotel reception area. Champagne on arrival, great buffet breakfast choice, clean spacious rooms, nightly entertainment, Poolside cabanas foc, relaxing atmosphere .

Review 8：Room cleanliness was a matter of luck, some days was done well, others was even worse than before the cleaning. SPA is not really SPA, rather several hotel rooms turned into massage rooms, reception to the SPA is directly in the corridor.

Review 9：This place focuses on families with kids, there are a lot of opportunities for entertainment. Rooms are spacious and full of light, the hotel is still new, so look fresh. Breakfast is really big, there is wide choice of food, no fresh pressed orange juice though. Great quality massage! highly recommend!

Review 12：My son's handheld PlayStation went missing from our room. It wasnever returned. The staff, including the management team, wasn'tinterested in recovering the 'missing' device. I was told Ishould have put the PlayStation in the safe. As compensation I was given5% off my next stay at the hotel...er... I don't think i'll becoming back, thank you very much. If the hotel responds with a positivespin on the above they are lying. The above comments are facts.

Review 25：It is a new hotel and they haven't got it all right. The service especially reception and house keeping and in the restaurants is pretty bad. Not enough people. It is wanting to be five star but really it's only five star because it says it has all the facilities but they don't match up to a five star resort and the service definitely doesn't . You also feel that they could have made more of the views as it's pretty boring looking our on pools for dinners ... The buffet is just ok. The tapas was good in the Mediterranean restaurant vz
