Review 3：Decor was dated, but still comfortable. They did not change our towels...they picked them up from the floor and hung them up. We arrived at 13:30 and there was nobody available for check-in. When I called, their response was "they were not available until 15:00, "maybe a bit earlier". The staff smoked, the small lobby stunk when the smoker(s) were there. Otherwise it was ok.

Review 10：Bus stop was right in front of the hotel. Beautiful location. Half-board option didn't need a reservation. It included salad bar, soup, main dish and desert and I could choose the main dish from three options. Breakfast was excellent.

Some days before I spent in Berchtesgaden in 3 hotels (it's hard to book for a longer time in one hotel), I've paid more, II had much worse conditions in properties, worse breakfasts and not very funny views from windows

Review 15：-nothing is negative, this is a bed & breakfast so don't expect a city hotel system. They don't have a 24 hour check in/ check out, so make sure you get there by working hours.

Review 28：This hotel is located in a lovely place. The nearby view is very beautiful. Even though it is a little far from the train station, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The hotel provides a very comfortable room and very good service. The breakfast is very delicious. We had a great time in this hotel.

Toilet is in a separate room from the bathroom which could be good if only there was a sink in that toilets room. 2. only one soap is provided, to be used for washing hands and for the shower. 3. Dogs were walking freely in the restaurant (probably belong to the owners). Hopefully they do not go into the kitchen as well. 4. When we had dinner, there was no menu in English and waiter did not speak English either so was very hard to choose from the menu. We had to have schnitzels since we knew that those are available everywhere. Quality of those were not great.

Review 32：Great views, location, was quiet and peaceful. Within close proximity to Konigsee, Berchtesgaden, Eagles Nest and Salt Werks. Breakfast was plentiful and good variety, and came with the room price. Restaurant has standard Bavarian cuisine to select from. You can buy tickets to some of the major venues at the hotel, which is convenient.

And there was no room for us...spent 2hrs discussing w/ booking staff & hotel mgr, finally they managed to allow us to check in...very bad experience with hotel staff in this particular case, they just want us move to another villa hotel which we don't like because the bathroom is shared.

Review 71：Just a short trip from the airport and very handy for all things near Birchtesgarden. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful. Rooms were basic and mainly for walkers in the mountains but were adequate for one night.

It is better to try the restaurants at Hintersee than to eat that expensive crap. There are also a lot of dogs walking in the eating and cooking area (the hotel seems to tolerate dogs).

Review 78：The location is very good in the Berchtesgaden national park. Close to Hintersee and Königssee it offers also fast access to ski facilities. Very nice view to the alps mountain as well. Good breakfast and room cleaning.

Review 79：The rooms are too small, me and my wife can't walk in the same time in the room. The food from their menu is very poor - too little at a big price and in plus the quality of food is very very poor - my impression was that they did not have somebody to cook at all and they only heat something already pr-prepared bought from the supermarket. In consequence after two dinners at this hotel we went to other restaurant very near in Hintersee village. A lot of dogs walking in the kitchens and also in our rooms when cleaning was to be done.

Review 80：The breakfast is good enough, this being the single positive thing in respect with food at this hotel. Everyday the room is cleaning.

Review 81：1. This hotel accepts pets. However, they have their own pets, which have access everywhere, including guests rooms (when they clean them), kitchen and so on. 2. We had 2 evenings dinner here and decided to find something else. The staff is poor, I don't think they have their own cook, this could be seen in the quality of dinner. Really bad. However, for the new year party they hired an external company or something, because the food was excellent. This hotel is quite new, so I expect improvements, right now the owners (2 ladies) do most of the job: reception, restaurant, cleaning (don't know if cooking as well taking into account the food quality). I would recommend this hotel but only for accommodation + breakfast. For eating, 2KM far away, near Hintersee lake there is an excellent restaurant.

Review 82：The location is excellent, the hotel is nice overall, staff friendly and helpful. We've been there for 5 days around new year for vacation. There are plenty slopes for ski and other winter sports around, lot of green space, a beautiful lake. Overall the location of this hotel is excellent. Parking place was almost enough for all visitors. The rooms were really clean (daily service). Breakfast was buffer, not very rich but decent. They organized a party for the new year which was pretty nice: very good food, fireworks.
