Review 1：Bathroom was old, leaky shower, small space. Food in restaurant was awful, over cooked chicken, steak thin enough to see through, tinned fruit salad, and small portions.

Review 3：Perfect for a stopover to and from Bilbao or Santander. It's easy to find, has good parking and is ideal for travelling with a dog as there is a good riverside walk next to the hotel. The old town is also worth exploring.
Review 4：What can I say, excellent hotel and dog friendly. there are 2 restaurants, one for dog owners and their dogs and one for non dog owners. The rooms are large and clean and are More than adequate and the cost €54 or £39 is incredible value for money. The town of Lerma itself is well worth spending an hour or two in.
Review 5：A great place to stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We used the underground car park. The evening meal was included in the price we paid which was very reasonable.

Review 14：Prefect stop off point is travelling to or from the ferry ports. Very easy to find, plenty of parking. Good menu for dinner and well priced. Room was OK and comfortable. I would say more functional than luxury but for 1 night and at such a reasonable price, I would come back.

Review 77：Hotel Alisa is the ideal stop over location when travelling into or out of Spain. We have stayed here five or six times. The city centre of Lerma is a pleasant walk after a day in the car. The Alisa is functional and clean and with the car park right outside loading and unloading can't be easier. The hotel cafeteria offers great pre-travel breakfast options. We'll be back mid August on our way home.
Review 78：Location and the accessibility to the town of Lerma itself. Friendly staff and good facilities. Clean and comfortable. Lerma is located en route to the port of Bilbao and so is well situated for the cross channel ferry.
Review 79：Dining Room and food preparation management questionable! Evening meal was poor. I asked for a medium steak - it was rare and cold! Stewed coffee - fresh coffee should be available on request. Fresh cereals not available. Cereals that were available had solidified into a 'one lump or two' situation!! Not good!! No cold milk. What was available was at room temperature and had not been refrigerated.
