Garden Lago By Diamond Resorts sells fast on our site. Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, Garden Lago resort has modern accommodations in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is a 15-minute walk from Port d'Alcúdia Beach and 1.5 miles from the marina.
All 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have a small balcony overlooking a lake or pool. They feature a spacious living-dining room equipped with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The kitchen includes a ceramic stove, oven or microwave and fridge.
There are several bars and restaurants within a 15-minute walk of the apartments. For groceries, guests will find a local grocery store less than a quarter mile away.

Review 1：The amount of hot water of bathroom was limited and it became cold after 3 people took shower. The hotel is next to the area looks not so nice.
Review 2：The rooms are so wide and comfortable. There are so many kitchenwares which can satisfy any demand of cooking.
Review 3：the location was awful,the roads are bad and is next to what looks like a tramps home opposite the entrance we arrived off the ferry at 1pm eager to check in and we couldnt till after 4pm without paying extra! Our requests sent via booking .com werent met. The apartment stunk of smoke,they sent a cleaner to get rid of the smell and she sprayed air refresher thats all. The tv channels either didnt work or were not very clear at all.The heating and hot wáter werent working. At 10 pm we changed rooms. The second apartment was a bit better but still the wáter was not right and the tv was the same. they said it was the satellite to blame. There was no parking available as stated on your page,only 3 places which for the whole hotel was bad we had to park on un lit side roads. The internet was 6 euros per day!! The reception staff were not customer friendly whats ever"! we got treated like english tourists infact we live in Menorca and pop over regularly so they wont get our custom again and will tell others from here as well to avoid. Also if we left the apartment dirty we would have to pay 20 euros an hour for cleaning! Our 4 day trip to Mallorca was lovely we just didnt like returning to this complex at the end of the day!

Review 5：Terrible location - street fence off with super market carts/trollies and rows of caravans parked adjacent. Possibly traveller community. Clientele seemed mainly composed of groups of young males armed with large quantities of alcohol. Noise levels in the room (this was around 4pm) were intolerable with pounding music and shouting. Checked in, scoped hotel, checked out - was told no refund was possible.

Review 15：The location isn't great in terms of access to the centre of town (although the town itself is pretty tacky, so maybe a bit of distance from there isn't such a bad thing). As others have mentioned, there was a terrible smell of sewage in the evenings which came through into the apartment. The restaurant boasts an extensive menu but the quality of the food is pretty average.
Review 16：Fabulous hotel which would certainly be a lot more expensive in a better location. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a self-catered stay. I loved that our apartment had a washing machine and dishwasher, and that they provide the tablets you need to use them rather than having to buy them from elsewhere. Staff are very helpful and the facilities are first class. There's swings, slides and a sandpit for kids, as well as giant chess, connect four and table tennis etc. We were in a two bedroom apartment, which was extremely spacious.
Review 17：Excellent apartments with well equipped kitchen, nice pool and quiet localtion in Puerto de Alcudia. Close to shops and bakery. Good base to visit north part of the Island with good connection to Palma (35 minutes by car). Lot of parking places nearby.
Review 18：The large apartment and huge balcony that had both sunbeds and a great dining area. Also the bedrooms were great with a large double and a twin perfect for two little boys. Cooking facilities were fantastic with all the mod cons! Good cleaning service and great to have a utility area for keeping clothes clean and out of the way.

Review 28：we had two bedroom apartment with one been with on suite bathroom. There is also a shower and toilet for the kids by the corridor. From our room we have a beautiful viwe of the pool. Both our room and the living area have access to the balcony through a french door. There is also a terrace by the fron entrance but unfortunetely the viw there wasnot great so we decided to use the other one and it also has some strange smell during the evening. The kids can access the swimming pool from 9am till 6 in the evening. Other activities are available for the kids not to feel bored. There is a small play park at the side of the building and football peach for kids and adults. Lots of shops by walking distance and cheapet than Englang. There is lots to say for our 10 nights we spent with our 4 childrens. Fun fun.... Bailey, Farida and Khady are missing Darren the entertainer man who is an important key to the hotel as far as the kids are concern.....

Review 31：The internet is expensive, the gym is non existant, the sauna was not operating. Our apartment was on the ground floor with the cleaners storage a few doors down form us, there was an annoying amount of noise from the trolly being pushed up and down the hall ealry in the morning acompanied by some shouting etc. as it was out of season there was some renovation work in the upper apartment, drilling, banging etc, we were warned after booking prior to arrival that this might be the case.
Review 32：The apartment was good value, very sapcious clean, comefortable and had a well equipped kitchen. Good TV in the living room and bedroom, good aircon, it was cold in the evening this time of year so it was nice to be able to put on some heat. Plenty of clean towels supplied daily should they be needed. all in all a nice experience.

Review 39：It is a bit far out of Alcudia so you need a vehicle or we saw people getting taxis. To the rear is a stagnant swamp, full of rubbish with gypsies camped at one end, opposite reception, not a good first impression!
Review 40：The resort is excellent and provides all you would need to start a self catering holiday, including water, tea coffee etc and washing up liquid. The rooms had heating/airconditioning and the television had a good variety of channels in many languages. We only sayed one night on a touring holiday but would go back another time. Excellent value for money.
Review 41：I have stayed at the Garden Lago quite a few times. Everything has always been perfect. Accommodation is first class. Staff wonderful from reception to the cleaning staff, nothing is too much trouble. I love this place.
Review 42：We were in Apt. 350, and there is a pump or something on the floor below, or maybe the ground floor, which TURNS ON AND OFF EVERY MINUTE OF TWO AND MAKES A TERRIBLE NOISE!! It should be enclosed in a sound-insulating booth, and the pressure-activated switch be adjusted to have a bit more tolerance in its cycle!

Review 51：Stayed for the recent Ironman event at end of September. The apartment was perfect for 6 of us. Spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen was well used prior to the event. We found all staff to be very friendly. About a 10-15 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
Review 52：First negative impression was about the room in general, because we got old room, not like in the photos , I suppose because of small children, there was no dishwasher in our room, which was mentioned while booking, we asked to change it, but reception girls said it was fully booked, and they were not surprised to hear about old room. There is a tile floor everywhere which was dangerous and cold for children. It was very noisy in the evening till 23.00 in bedrooms because windows are on that side where is nearby hotel with everyday very loud animation. The restaurant didn't work, we knew about it, but that is really disadvantage for these apartments, there is no good place around to have dinner and to relax. And the way to the sea is some kind of disadvantage also, it takes 15 min fast walk, and when it's hot and you are with small children it becomes good exercise)
Review 53：great apartments with all necessary things which you can need, separate room with washing machine and dryer, iron, kitchen is full equipped: oven, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, a lot of plates and dishes, bottle opener, scissors, etc.. rooms are big, separate air conditions in each room, it was important for us because we traveled with two babies, very quiet hotel, great reception staff, they could help with every our request, big pool, but we didn't use it, animation team. Big supermarket Eroski is 3 min walk and vegetable shop is 5 min walk. Nice balcony view to the lake with everyday wakesurfers show) It was very comfortable for two mamas and two babies to stay in Garden Lago, we will definitely recommend it!

The staff, as usual, were extremely friendly and helpful and remembered me from being at the apartments before. Very clean. Everything you could possibly think of in the kitchen, even plastic containers to take your lunch during the day! And I like having a proper oven and hob as a lot of places only have a two ring hob and nothing much else. Pool area again very clean and tidy, although the water is quite cold - but refreshing when it's really hot.

Review 116：The location is good - 20 minutes walk to the sea, on the shore of a small lake, far from crowds. Big supermarket in 5 minutes walk. Enough places for parking in the vicinity. The room was very spacious with all necessary furniture and appliances. It seems to be ideal for a long stay for families with children. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

When booking it is not clear if apartments have both & we did request this & were happy to pay for an upgrade but unfortunately nothing available. We managed but as two couples it would have been better with two sets of facilities so making this more clear when booking would be helpful. Some of the lounge furniture is getting slightly worn so guess this will be updated for the main summer season but actual apartments are one of the best I have stayed in.

Very comfortable, immaculately clean and totally relaxing!
